Easiest CRM on the Market!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so user friendly. I feel like I don't even need to do training because it is that easy to use. SOOOOO much better than Sales Force.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I love everything about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my accounts organized. Building quotes. Reporting. it does it all.

If you want a CRM that is easy to use for your sales staff and support staff, Hubspot is it!

Email sequencing. Very east workflow when planned correctly

Nothing has sprung to mind here. I like everything about it

Much easier outreach. WE can get our message to clients with more volume and regularity

it's good for mass outreach. Easy to set up sequences and just let them do their thing

The organization features and filters are very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we don't utilize it for billing purposes, we have to use Eldermark and it's a hassle to use two sites

the new features are helpful within the deals portion, it helps connect family members to the actual prospect
The best CRM that I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I like hubspot because there are a lot of good solutions in this CRM. I like conections beetween everything. Calling, notes, date - everything is very good

I don't like one things. It is no possibility to write text to customers via hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always have problem with notes in crm. And there is no problem beacuse when I'm calling, i can wrote notes in the same moment (for example)

I like the ability to be able to send out emails to many people.

Its tricky as it is easy to get "kicked out" of Microsoft if you send too many, even if you are within your limits.

The chat box helps but I still would like a live person.

I am assuming it gets easier as you use the program more often. It initially can be confusing. The tutorials are good.
Good User Experience using HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I used Hubspot for the email campaigns. What I liked was I was able to create different templates for specific Campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to conduct regular training sessions for the team and encourage the Organisation to use the tool

Marketing Automation and Follow up emails helps.

The inbox gets disconnected time to time and i have reenroll the contacts again

Trying not to get inbox disconnected and my followups are regular .
Good to run marketing sequences campaign, able to see overall performance & important touch points

Easiness to enroll contact into the sequences and also to pause when needed

Update on the sequences don't apply to currently on-going enrollments
