I love Hubspot. It is super useful in our company
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can learn just by experimenting but also there are free tools to sharpen skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything!So so good

Automation and workflows are making life so much easier and quicker!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows the sales team to keep track of the calls we make to customers who have inquired about our service. This allows us to know what information we have already received about the job and if and when we should make further contact in order to successfully book the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe in the log call function, it would be good to have the option to log an SMS for when we have sent an SMS instead of making a phone call to the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of receiving online inquiries but not having an efficient way to sort them from no contact, initial contact, confident or closed and won and closed and lost. With HubSpot, we have an easy way to keep track of the different stages of each deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are interested in easily organizing all of your inquiries in one place, then HubSpot is great

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super strong and capable with the CRM and marketing functions, it's their core. But what I love is the advanced integrations where you can connect everything you need to one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for some HubSpot features is comparably higher than some of its competitors, like the pricing for marketing contacts compare to Constant contacts and Mailchimp. But again, the ladder does not come with all the CRM features that HubSpot offers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales person understands the means and importance of volume, the volumes of your outreach activities, the volumes of your appearance in front of our prospects. HubSpot Sales Hubs has all the necessities you need to keep up with the pace, use workflow to auto categorize your prospects, automate the initiation of a new captures leads, use sequence to stay in their eyesight, present your value, share your niche and secure that sale.

Plan your sales path before jump in, this is going to save you a ton of time

Great tool for sales intelligence and conversions!
Great for tracking sales and servicing, love how they continue to improve!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can utilize this tool to create forecasting and track the progress toward achieving internal goals for our sales team. It also helps us navigate which deals need to be pushed along if anything has been stagnant, and reconnect the deal to progress it forward. Additionally, tracking turnaround times on tickets has helped us improve our CSAT and help determine how many people we need based on our flow of services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the cost could be a little nicer when adding more paid seats to the sales hub, it's a bit high in my opinion and as a growing company, we want to be mindful of where our dollars are being spent. Additionally, I think that if they had more permission settings to determine who and what kind of details users are allowed to interact with (for example, some reports are ok to download, but we wouldn't want people exporting contacts), I'd love to be able to give some users those permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our goal progression has been solved pretty nicely especially in conjunction with the reports page where we can see how close we are to achieving monthly and quarterly goals. Additionally it helps us to manage how we market to our contacts and when/if we should market to them.

Utilize the teams set up tool within hubspot.
Polished, intricate, full throttle CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily keep tabs on pending deals and projects. Progress can so easily be lost if left to email. If a deal doesn't make it over the finish line, we have great trackability over the reasons why so we can go back and prepare for next time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although intricate, HS can sometimes veer into the very complicated in some settings and options. But, there is an extensive training academy to take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a super clear picture of where our projects stand and just exactly how often deals don't succeed for particular reasons. I look forward to taking advantage of more automation in the months ahead too!

What do you like best about the product?
how simple it is to use, i have always been very comfortable with the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could mass finish tasks instead of individually having to go through and complete them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like any problem i have had has been pretty easy to solve. The biggest benefit is tracking my teams work. I feel like it's been really helpful to keep everything on track

I don't like the bugs and the duplicate that the tool can create

The tasks treatment is one of the best things I ever deal with because I was spending a lot of time doing it manually, now I just have to press Next and Skip

There is still some improvement to make (we faced some issues like shutdown of the tool)

I like the reporting capabilities. It helps managers visualize the team efforts and provides insights into where we are doing well and areas in which we could improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Teams sometimes plays tricks on me, but it could this is not HS issue but the other vendor...In general, it works nicely for the needs of our company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team, so with HubSpot we are able to automate several tasks. No need to be an accomplished marketer to use and trigger results. We are able to book meetings with outbound reach and track all inbound activity using the system.
