Great workflow tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot lets me set up my week. My Monday morning is full of planning and scheduling my emails throughout the week. It is such a helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it could integrate with commonsku as that is our main operating system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of lead lists, before our team was operating out of an excel sheet.

What do you like best about the product?
Connections to other applications is very useful

It takes too many clicks to add someone to a static list from their contact page

Having a centralized database for prospecting that is highly customizable to show us the information we need to sell

What do you like best about the product?
The task feature is bananas. The ability to assign tasks in mass, place them in a queue and then work through them like a machine is efficiency to the max!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM and a place to track everything happening in a Customers journey.

The academy is amazing to help you understand the tool.
User friendly, with the accessibility to an abundance of tools.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the list and sequences most helpful. Being able to outreach large groups then being able to terminate their general output and be able to personalize to those who have interacted with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say cleaning up HubSpot is not the easiest. Companies with the same domain being entered twice and not automatically merged is something that would be nice to see in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was great while I was in training. Being someone who has never used a CRM of any kind, then being able to have a whole "academy" worth of info to teach me how to use it without having to constantly have to tap teammates on the shoulder to show me.

It's clean and easy to use.

very easy to access and look up client information and the connection to PandaDoc proposal portal is amazing

Hubspot as an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
I think the workflow functionality as well as the function of the sequence makes a lot of monotonous tasks automated. This helps so that you can focus on things that matter
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the workflow functions are very limited. A few examples would be if I was to automatically re-enroll a contact that finished a sequence into a different one I'm unable to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Another issue I have is trying to mass un enroll contacts that are in sequences. If there is a way to filter contacts out based on steps or stage number that would be awesome
Great product for any salesperson
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a tremendous tool for keeping track of contacts. You are able to email right from the program and see if and when the email is opened and how long it was viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes at this time

I really like the fact that you can automate an email campaign and get notified at each step in the process and emails can be sent on your behalf at times specified by you
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend hubspot to any salesperson. It's ease of use and numerous uses make it one of the best sales tools I have wver used. Not only as a cram but as a sales tool in general

The customer address information set up. Needs to be all in one location for copy/paste purposes for mailings etc

Open emails rates. interoffice communication
I'm using the marketing part of HS a lot, it's just amazing

I like the way we can see the return of campaigns by sequence, the level of information makes us understand what most attracts the prospect's attention and what type of email is best to send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a filter missing in the contact group where we can include or exclude companies linked to the contact. For example, I don't want contacts from active or inactive companies on this list. I don't have that option, at least I haven't found it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time! I save a lot of time in bulk emailing. I can better manage the base, delete contacts, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was very fond of salesforce and today I love Hubspot very much, it is very much worth considering.
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to organize and manage my day to day task.
What do you like best about the product?
In HubSpot Sales Hub, your daily tasks are shown with the due date. Also the dashboards and analytic tools makes it easy and encouraging to track my progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the discrepency within HubSpot and the initial learning curve to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I have been solving with HubSpot Sales Hub is organization and progress tracking. The benefits are unlimited.
