I did not get anything that I dislike anything here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for documents and 1-to1 emailing and we have realized that we can keep track of every email we send and receive and who opened the emails etc...

Amazing sales tools and insights

What do you like best about the product?
Meetings, it is awesome to be able to send a personalized link so your clients can book a meeting with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be awesome that each user were able to create their own workflows to automatically modify status according to behaviour. Also, the deals, the way they work is not super useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem is to be able to follow each client history and task, also meetings it is a great meeting and messaging tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to customize views, lists, and contact records. I love the ability to easily create a new contact property. The Meetings tool is awesome too. I've booked 150 meetings off of it in the last year alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deals functionality was a bit more customizable. We only sort of use it to track our recruits. I get that we are using this for something other than pure sales but I feel like with a bit more flexibility you could really use Hubspot Sales for most any business case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Info and data tracking across a large list of potential customers. Stage tracking of prospects. We use the contacts list to send segmented emails. One common easy to use data silo

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything updated for me and the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is emails from different deals for the same account are all connected although we prefer it to be separated per deal, especially because the email subjects are different
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the progress and having a clear vision of where we stand with deals etc. The tool really helped the team to be more productive and perform better and have a better understanding of what is needed from their side with the clients they are working with.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick just one thing but the thing that I thank goodness for the most is the ability to leave and read notes for the whole team. This is super useful for us, a remote first company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their ticketing and outbound/inbound communication system could be improved. It is hard to keep track of all communications through tickets and equally as difficult to manage tickets with a team bigger than 2 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved so many problems. Workflows, sequences, customer hand-off between departments, and even the small stuff like creating templates for my team to use when emailing. Overall this has saved us a lot of manual work.

HubSpot - A good all-in-one CRM for sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of HubSpot. There are tools for all of my daily sales processes and it provides many ways for me to collaborate with other teams to push sales through the full sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many features and so much data, it can sometimes not be the easiest to navigate and little issues with the platform have a big effect. Besides this, it still doesn't have the same level of platform integrations with other tools as a CRM like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us solve 3 main problems: Organizing contacts and companies, full-cycle sales outreach and tracking, and cross-team coordination. Keeping all of this in one place simplifies our lives a bit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider what is important for you have in a CRM and sales outreach system. There are other options that are cheaper, but there you generally get what you pay for. Meanwhile, there are also other options, like Salesforce, that will give you more tools and platform integrations. HubSpot is a good option in the center.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track all incoming inquiries (email, chat, Messenger, LINE, etc) is useful. The workflows and marketing emails are easy to navigate too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows and marketing emails are not as flexible as I'd want them to be. For example, you can't set workflows on a certain day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing customer pipeline. This has made it easier for me to get a better understanding of how a certain service is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great tool to obtain potential new customers. I typically use it to keep track of new inquiries and set reminders to follow up with them. Business is good for us right now, but when things start to slow down it will be an awesome tool for us to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i do not like is the main dashboard with the online version of Hubspot. There are a ton of tools to choose from and i am not sure if all of them are useful. I only use it for a few select features and i am sure there are better CRM's out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have always wanted to have a way to follow up with customers and stay in contact with them. We have tried multiple ways, but hubspot seems to be the best option for us to stay in contact with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Increible how you can track all of your emails, SMS, calls, clicks and every single single that you send to your actual and potential leads. I don't see how you can operate without hubspot

It would be better or wonderful to have like some sort of spreadsheet to have all your leads on cells.
