What do you like best about the product?
The deals formate is great and the setup of sequences is very robust
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact you cannot customise the way the you want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The mass emails of 500 on a sequence is great, but I would like this extended to 1000
Hubspot Sales Hub: An amazing sales organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
The "task" and "follow up" functions on Hubspot are user-friendly, quick tools to remind you to follow up on your new clients and deals in the pipeline. These reminders can be automated and are a huge help when your older and slower moving projects/deals start slipping your mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can at times be admin intensive to set up all your notes/reminders/information for a new customer/deal, particularly at the beginning. However, once the groundwork has been completed all emails etc can be logged to the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Hubspot Sales Hub, I never forget any client that comes my way. It allows me to follow up with them way in the future when we have changed product/service/pricing and I have the chance to try to resuscitate the lead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Hubspot Sales Hub should be integrated fully into your sales and marketing team, with people at all levels receiving training on the CRM and utilizing this as a unit.

What do you like best about the product?
M most favorite is the ability to create subtopics on the client profiles to have all the information I need to successfully KNOW my client and be prepared for upcoming calls and connections on 1 page!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only way to track all social media conversations is to copy and paste n the note section which can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can identify where each prospect is in the sales cycle using the deals tabs. Additional benefits include creating multiple pipeline groups to easily project monthly sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Looking for an easy to use software to manage your client relations, Hubspot is great. They give you a Free option to try the services first so you will know which level you will need to invest in.

It keeps me on track with my customers, by allowing me to review previous actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a downside about Hubspot, it's easy to use with very little training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all activity, scheduling follow-up calls emails and meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hub Spot is the best tool I have, it's easy to use and navigate. I have used other CRM Software but I find that Hub Spot is more efficent.

What do you like best about the product?
I use templates to handle sales and info requests. They are easy to use and effective and I can manage the process easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the task feature was based on a 7-day week instead of a 5-day workweek.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to handle and track inquiries. Hubspot has done that and more. We also use it to track and communicate about families in our program.
HubSpot is THE best CRM I've used
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Outlook integration. I can pull up or create a contact from an email in seconds. I can even automatically log emails so there's always a record of my communications. This way, my team can stay informed, no matter the situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike is the lack of detail when I create a task automatically from logging activity. I would love to have the ability to edit the task name when auto-creating the task or have preset task names to choose from for more context at a glance. Nothing that sets me back, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management is a big problem for many start-up companies in my experience. Being able to set tasks and create workflows to stay on top of communication is a HUGE plus. This way all of our partners get to feel loved. A benefit from this is that partners feel more comfortable reaching out with questions, and I get to do some problem-solving!
HubSpot as a CRM tool for a B2B company
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly tool that serves as a CRM tool for Sales & Marketing. In our company we mainly use its automation capabilities (workflows), integrated apps and its easy to navigate Company/contact database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool doesn't have a framework to write and run SQL queries, in order to create tables in the CRM database. It is a great operational tool but some technical aspects can improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main tool for managing and maintaining conversations with our leads. Salespeople have the chance to centralize the communication and also easily access all object associations e.g. associated companies/deals/tickets

Sometimes it is a bit slow to load (confirmed with the team)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How many people have been passed over and how many more people we can still work with.
Really versatile and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the reporting tools. Sometimes you don't know exactly what you need but HubSpot has a great library of reports that you can use as a jump-off point. You don't have to spin your wheels trying to create something that measure and communicates metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is such a minor inconvenience that I'm reluctant to share it. Sometimes you'll have to jerry-rig the HubSpot tools to get them to work exactly the way you have in mind. It's not that big of a deal to be honest and there are a good amount of help articles and the HubSpot team is really supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to stay organized first and foremost. Also, as a smaller team, we don't have the bandwidth to develop out a super complicated CRM. My team is able to jump in and pick it up relatively easily.
HubSpot helps avoid tons of 'pain' when setting up sales/success workflows and pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
The greatest thing about HubSpot is quick onboarding. Super user friendly interface. Amazing sales and on-boarding managers!
What do you dislike about the product?
When low-responsive groups mark our sequences emails as spam and we get lockouts. But this is not on Hubspot. Lack of advanced Jira integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the beginning of our journey, but we use HubSpot to work with our enterprise customers, so it definitely helped organise the calculations and unify statistics. A lot of great automatization that saves us time linking and logging information/events or creating business accounts manually.
