A worth it tool for many businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very useful tool to manage and track sales. I can manage contacts seamlessly and the features are easy to use. It helps my job less hassle and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was confusing however able to get the process eventually after studying its uses and functions. I don't see anything that I may not like anymore as everything is well provided and properly guided because of the training courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple task is great to nurture contacts by creating actions plan for the future via setting a reminder. At first, it was confusing however able to get the process eventually after studying its uses and functions. I don't see anything that I may not like anymore as everything is well provided and properly guided because of the training courses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of it. You can easily see activities of your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the navigation of it. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with a lot of information on the screen

I think the creation of new client info even if the client's parent's numbers are already saved

I would recommend this. It's gonna make your job easier!
Everything that is needed in a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to input, find and report on data. Powerful and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really. It would be nice to have an app with a floating window to takes notes that can automatically be added to the CRM, but this is really beyond the scope of a SaaS solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping comprehensive information on accounts, contact and deals. Ability to report and track sales, build forecasts and manage the team's pipeline.
HubSpot Task tool
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot task tool is one of the easiest and greatest features I have been able to use in any CRM that I have used throughout my career. The way that it advances me through each step of my sequence is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty to search for a contact using their phone number. If you do not have the exact way in which the number was entered (with or without hyphens, spaces, ect) you will not be able to find the person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to reach out to multiple folks within an organization without having to keep going back to the main company page. But the company page also tracks all activity for every contact in the organization.

Learn the tool, ask questions, take advantage of training.

The only issue we had was that maintenance would happen here and there

It helps keep your pipeline organized and also helps with engaging while you work.
CRM for Quick Community Engagement & Effective Deal Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub gives users an incredibly quick way to ramp up outreach as well as a TON of integrations to boost productivity. Moreover, it is a simple to use tool when progressing deals & tracking the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool does have some downsides/limitations with relation to the length of an email sequence automation. Also, there are some small annoying items with the calendar sync integration (like ensuring holidays are not listed as available times). Permissions can be a bother sometime to ...but, that is more Sales Ops or Marketing Admin related
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of being able to reach a GLOBAL community of software developers in a quick, effective, & polite/helpful fashion. This is where we are able to track success of marketing campaigns in generating MQLs as well as their progression to SQL & finnaly into paying customers. Also, the massive amount of integrations helps us with this AND gives us a convenient way to generate Sales Order Forms!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is not Salesforce... BUT, it is a solid alternative. Stay away from Microsoft Dynamics!!!

Very Easy to use, mobile friendly and allows you to easily organize

Some of the nicer features are at much high costs levels, it would be nice if they allowed more customization at the lower level prices. Also need SingleSignOn. We shouldnt have to pay the most so i can have users easily login using O365

There are a lot of CRM's out there, this tool allows the most flexibility at the price while also allowing free accounts to access your paid data.

Cold email sequencing, marketing automation is more simplified and easy to use
