Great software and budget friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It is much easier to navigate and visually appealing than other CRMs. Easy to see what is happening in each account. Customer service is super friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is alway helpful but isn't always aware of their updates or capabilities. From a sales perspective, it still has its challenges, their training gets quite confusing when searching for tutorials because it depends on what sales tier you have. When setting up details in an account or filtering it often feels designed for a back-end user rather than a front end. Terminology can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, managing pipeline, centralizing information into one place no need for multiple technology to manage, tracking data and conversion rates. Helpful with visual sales dashboards, easier for the team to see what is happening.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For small to midsize companies, it is great and more affordable than the big software companies. It does come with its caveats in the sense it doesn't format like a salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely nothing. This is hands down the worst piece of sales software that I have utilized since I started my sales career 8 years ago. HubSpot should disable their sales module and stick to marketing automation. It's absolutely horrendous and the fact that they change for the sales hub is offensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Continual service outages (1-2 per week). HubSpot support is brutal and constantly wants to jump on a screen share to see the issue, but they are just buying time and trying to appease me (they know exactly what the issue is).

There is no communication around service outages. I have to reach out to HubSpot for updates and understanding as to what is going on and how they are going to rectify the situation. Never get a solution. It's not their team's fault - the engineering team has to figure it out. I cannot believe a renowned organization of this stature has delivered such a poorly architected product with continual outages.

Additional things that are wildly frustrating:
-No integration into Outreach.io - so we're forced to use HubSpot for outbound selling until we switch over to Salesforce.
-Sequencing is extremely clunky. You are limited to only 6 emails per sequence. You only have two options for sequence workflow - all emails on the same thread with the same subject line or all individual emails (not on the same thread) with different subject lines
-Calls just don't work at times. Super slow call connection and terrible call quality. A ton of difficulty dialing, especially internationally.
-My team complains about errors and issues in HubSpot daily. It is a nightmare to deal with as a sales leader


I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to use the HubSpot sales hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absolutely none. It's creating more problems and headaches than anything else. I cannot wait to fully switch off the tool and never have to deal with HubSpot ever again in my sales leadership career. It's horrendous and offensive that they charge for this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The design, connection to Gmail, the tasks section.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an app, some features should be editable to be able to personalize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large number of clients, knowing when to follow up.

Benefits: We're following up in a much ordered and timely manner

You're gonna spend at least 1 or 2 months in the migration to have it running as it should.

Makes CRM easy

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a more well-known, and expensive, CRM, HubSpot was a breath of fresh air. Configuration for our business needs is simp,e and intuitive, and doesn't require a degree in CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of simplicity is at times it creates challenges to customize to our more intricate business requirements. "Taking down the fences" of configuration to a certain degree would give us more flexibility to use it more comprehensively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot gives us visibility to progress against key sales growth initiatives, customer sentiment, and the applications of our sales methodology on key sales opportunities.

Thorough CRM to help manage the Sales Process

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use makes the platform approachable and encouraging to open every day. I love the tasks portion because I don't have to remember what to do, Hubspot tells me what I should be doing (so long as I set up and use the feature ;) )... It's sequences feature is fantastic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so customizable, it can be overwhelming. Thankfully I am not the admin nor the person who sets it up, I just use it as it's provided for me. Outside of that, there is not much that I dislike...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's ability to help manage the sales pipeline, include required qualifying questions to be answered helps me ensure I have the correct information about the client is awesome. Organization of data allocated to the prospect in the sales pipeline. On the prospecting side, the sequence's benefit is unreal.

Don't wait! Go for it. An amazing tool to help sales.

Easy to download reports and your UI interface is very good
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The contracts are not flexible.2.The templates are difficult to modify.3.Reporting is limited and is a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with Gmail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great tool for all kinds of automation. I think it works best when you're leveraging their other services and you can natively link them all.

What do you like best about the product?

All is working so well so far. I have no complaints.

Managing different pipelines. Hubspot gives me the bird's eye view of where I am at with each of my projects/deals. :)

Allows me to have a comprehensive view of each and all of the deals and accounts that I am looking after. It is great to use to manage my work effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences and tasks that connected to my calendar. Where in I don't have to put notes just to be reminded of all my due tasks since HubSpot makes it easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an assistant of a Founder whose busy I want to use his user profile to easily track, email, and reply on his behalf. I can't see any guide how to possibly execute this one. Hope it can give access to their assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Job Title is Appointment Setter though I can be all around since I want to help my team.
Some of the problems that HubSpot solves are the ff;

1. Tracking my daily tasks.
2. Can easily generate and upload leads.
3. Not just an ordinary CRM because you can also make sequences of emails that automatically send it to your preferred time.
4. Setting appointment with clients is so easy!!
5. Can directly call clients and can record the conversation.
6. Integration is so fine!!! Connected Apps are on point and you can receive notifications from those apps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To have access to the administrator's email. So I can easily track schedules, email and replies.

Sales made easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequencing ability within HubSpot - I can fully automate my week with connections, emails, and task reminders. And the HubSpot Academy is truly awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some functionality that only exist in contacts, and some that only exist in companies, and it is sometimes frustrating. But it's easy to switch back and forth, so it's not really much time lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. That's the key. At my last job, we had no formal CRM and staying organized with contacts, prospects, customers, etc. was a nightmare that lived in Microsoft Excel. Now that I have HubSpot, I'll never work for another company without it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized it is. Easy to navigate and so practical. As I work almost 10 hours a day I could not see myself completing my daily tasks without Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I really enjoy Hubstpo there isn't anything to dislike. It could probably be better if it had more range when it comes to making calls like to Egypt and other middle east places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management. I deal with almost 100 different companies on a daily basis and I have not ever seen other Platforms like Hubspot that can help me sort out my Task. Hubspot helps me organize everything to be nice and tidy.
