What do you like best about the product?
All emails and correspondence within one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can look a little messy, or tickets get lost when another email has been forwarded in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can see when other colleagues have responded making less duplication errors

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling mails as working for differents regions with differents jet lag
Scheduling task and send me reminder makes following up my business more effective

Not really sure if I dislike something 😉

What do you like best about the product?
When you import contacts and companies at the same time, if a company domain name is provided it will automatically associate the contact accordingly. The Company/Contact ID is also a great feature as it allows me to easily change company/contact info and then reimport without any risk of duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a way to have required fields on import, this is an option if you create one contact/company at a time but it is impossible to stop people from importing csv files with missing crucial data like "Company Domain Name" and "Company Name".

Also, There should be an option to chose the primary property type, for example in my hubspot we have a "Company Name" field for both contact & company properties and whenever I import, it defaults to the contact version of "Company Name" which I never use. this issue also creates an extra step for less savvy hubspot users to make mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of all the data being divided between multiple spreadsheets that not everyone has access to. this saves a lot of time waiting for people to be available to ask them to share a file with you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let people import files without understanding the properties in Hubspot, this can waste a lot of time if you have to repair it. It's easier for them to send you the spreadsheet and you import it yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based. Easy to use. Great layout.

Some of the pricing levels to grow further in the CRM are expensive

Easy to manage current quotes out with clients, which allows me to keep on track and close them with more success

What do you like best about the product?
First of all i would to thank the full executive team CEO for making such a great app that we sales guy use today for send emails and just one tap select template and just tap & Go
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime it lags soo much but after a time it may solve automatically so just only think i didnt like otherthan that all the things are great just want to say please be on that side only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first we all use gmail and outlook for sending emails with changing again &again subjects and all the things but after hubspot than it is very easy to send emails & all

Just use onces then you may automatically know what is this

What do you like best about the product?
Such ease of use. Hubspot takes so much of the workload. The tracking of all communication is fantastic. I really like the reports dashboard. Compared to other programs I have used its way and beyond
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the calls to be recorded. It registers the call but no recording is available. Think the learning modules could be more condensed, I would like to learn more but time is a constraint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping ontop of sales performance , Using the reports really have boosted sales. It has encouraged more productivity. We can see the increased benefits from the reports
Time management- time is so valuable and it has really cut out so much time

Ease of use, Collaboration, Sales Analytics, Email tracking, Sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
Filter features could be better, ability to send sequences to contacts - while viewing companies/tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails, managing and tracking deals/contacts, sales conversions, creating sequences, reporting, scheduling meetings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great CRM, capabilities to run sequences and check engagement. The best part is that it's super simple to use.

The fact that it replaces many tools, and that is very automated
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic features don't exist, and in some competitors that are much simpler and basic CRMs those exist as they are basic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all the information in one place, centralize the processes as much as I can without depending on lots of different tools

What do you like best about the product?
How seamless it is organizes and connects various clients, organizations and prospects with different members of our team, whether they be collaborating or working with clients individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike here as I have yet to come across anything that could be better, though I've only played with it so far - the automation is something I would look deeper into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep our database of clients organized, especially with following up and logging details of past calls, emails, meetings and future work that needs to be addressed.
