Easy to customize, de-cluttered UI/UX and fast CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy UI/UX experience including easy on eye colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent outages bring downtime in work output. Search functionality is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Integration of calling, emailing and possible integration for chat. Sales Intelligence is a big up as well.

the templates and sequences allow me to reach a wider audience

the sales order functionality kind of papers over cracks, doesn't do the exact job that we would like

able to reach more clients quicker, no copy and pasting emails, everything is stored in one place making us much more productive!
Incredibly Powerful while oddly lacking some key features
What do you like best about the product?
The system is incredibly powerful with some great analytics, particularly with the marketing and website features. We can bring all of our social, paid ads, and forms into one platform and that has allowed our marketing team to become incredibly efficient and agile. The CRM, which is our key business platform now, has provided transparency of all our client and sales data to our entire business. It's dismantled silos of information in our departments. Setting up workflows has created a large amount of efficiency in passing information from sales, to operations, to finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
As incredibly powerful of a system in certain areas, Hubspot is really lacking in other areas. A very specific case: Only whole numbers can be added into line items. You can't input decimal amounts. This is very limiting if you are selling day rates. We have had to change our way of working to hourly rates, as we typically charge 0.5 days or 0.25 days. Also, for material amounts, if you are selling (for example) material tonnage. You can't input 0.5 tonnes. Hubspot is aware of this issue for 14 months, but has yet to update its platform.
It's these small items that are very easy to fix, and if fixed, would elevate it to being the perfect CRM system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the system as a CRM and Marketing tools. The biggest benefit we are finding is the transparency of data across our business. So all departments are aware of the clients needs and requirements.
Powerful sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Gmail, Zoom and Google Calendar. Sequences. Deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't email sequence a list of companies and their associated contacts.

Tracked email marketing at scale integrated with all other systems.

What do you like best about the product?
the sequence option is great, I can now cadence a contact with targeted emails and follow up calls. I can see when they open and what they are engaged with.
What do you dislike about the product?
pleasantly happy with the system, support is great if I have an issue and if I am unable to use the system, they send through clear and easy videos to help support my requirements

cadence pipeline, who is looking and who the campaign is going.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks feature, ensures I stay on track and I can evenly spread my workload, allowing me to focus on the task at hand - increasing productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't remember specific filters when moving back and forward between contacts/companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to easily track all my communications and allows me to clearly see what my colleagues are doing so that we don't tread on each other's toes.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one place, its nice to have all in one place since you dont have to toggle between program. It also link all calls and emails quite alright which is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though everything is in one place, it can be hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reach out to my customers and always have the proper information at hand. It is easy to communicate to your colleagues any information that might be need sharing.
Most comprehensive SaaS Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support and the most comprehensive tool that is in the market. Ease of use and the HS support team is always there for you! All-in-one sales tool where you can track basically everything
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it. List building processes can be more user friendly and easy. When it gets hard you can always contact the support so it is not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps us solve all the issues in our long pipeline and track everything in a timely manner. Also HS is basically our connection to the outer world so it is kind of our internet of sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hands-on experience is the best way to learn. Certificates are helpful to some extent but what needs to be done is to try everything on your own and practice.

What do you like best about the product?
Properties for a quick overview of account performance, scheduling emails and the integration with Gmail for this, creating the emails directly in Hubspot is a little bit clunky.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the most confusing aspect of hubspot is the search tool in the upper right of the pages, it only seems to work if you add exactly what you are looking for, if you miss just one letter the results seem completely random
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one source where myself and my team have visibility over the performance of the customers and also the performance of team members, it also makes reporting a lot easier.

It works great as a CRM, very easy to use.

Intrgatared Calling system is fast and also has preloaded Answers to make the job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to hold save a view for all my deals, It only one click but have to do it every time

Its a real-time saver most of the applications that are needed are all there. In the past, i have had to buy 3 rd party apps
