Defines ‘Streamline’

What do you like best about the product?
Utilising HubSpot ability for task management allows for great organisation. It brings the team to a flawless streamline of content. Everyone always has an assignment, and the management team will always be notified once their assignments have come to a close.

Let's not forget about the deals manager, setting up the correct views on the sales package can provide amazing insights as to what's being generated, who's being sat and how many closed sales and been won.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot sales has minimal flaws, I would recommend it to anyone, as of yet I have not spotted anything that could be improved on. Using this software for over 6 months now, this dislike section just doubles as another compliment for the amazing app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using our HubSpot Sales Hub is like calling up Merlin. Waving a wand and creating a foolproof streamline sales machine. We have the system setup to help us with our cold call problems, managing who has been called and keeping track of all of our closed deals.

Ensure HubSpot Sales is right for your business. Ask your team what their needs are.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the follwing features in terms of sales:
- the automation
- the UX
- it's user friendly
- the reporting is quite comprehensive and the dashboard for the KPIs is very visual and easy to follow
- the automated sequences have enough options for personalisation
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like (and it might be the case that I haven't yet understood how it's done) is when you import contacts, there is no way to leave out any contacts that are already in the CRM. E.g. If we have a lead "A" that already exists as a contact in HubSpot, and if the same lead "A" is in the batch that is being imported into the CRM, Hubspot doesn't prevent the import for that lead and more often than not, a repetition is accuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me automated my sales process and at the same time, it allows me to have enough personalisation so that it doesn't look to the propects as another sales mass mailing campaign.

Organise to maximise

What do you like best about the product?
Organization means when I go home I can forget about work.

Bosses also like that they have oversight of my pipeline, but they're my overlords. I don't care what they want - I just like that they leave me alone now!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot tbh.

Used other CMRs and this one is pretty snappy. Far less complicated than SalesForce (is this kind of stuff going to get me a gift card?)

Kept typing till the bar went green - I'm so busy! Why am I doing this for $25 amazon gift card?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great CRM platform, very easy to navigate and has all the possible necessary features

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform has a lot of integration, in terms of being able to prospect (making calls, sending emails, connecting on LinkedIn) as it makes prospecting a lot more seamless and less time-consuming. I also appreciate the 'create task' feature as it allows you to stay organised and reminds you of things that need to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have had trouble with is formatting, I have experienced the font size and colour change when sending an email, even if it is fine when I initially format it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time following up/ outreaching to prospects. The ability to make sequences also saves a lot of time/ effort as they contacts can be enrolled quickly and continue through the created sequence

What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive GUI and is easier to use than many out on the market. I have used many CRMs from market leaders to new solutions and Hubspot beats them in almost every area.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be improved by having a more precise record of contact with a company or contact for easier cross checking. But this is a minor niggle rather than something I would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for business development, sales and order tracking across the whole company. It keeps us all focussed on developing and building pipeline and conversion into sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has this unique quality where it is so simple to get up and running yet it is so powerful and you can get it to do almost anything you want it to do. Its helpful from the start and only becomes more and more helpful the more you get into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a few more options when creating email templates like multiple columns and more features without the hassle of integrating Hubspot with an email platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I very rarerly let a customer down now because i have set up so many automated tasks and reminders for myself that I really have to try to be unprofessional to miss something.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics tool is great to see when leads have opened my emails. Filters and views are easy to navigate around also.
What do you dislike about the product?
No specific alarm Feature that pops up when i created a task. would be useful to have so i dont miss tasks rather than them just go into the Notifications tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Data that i call every day. making sure i am keeping my leads hot and also following up on sales tasks.

If you are looking for a sales hub that allows your team and yourself to have an Easy to use Experience which also allows you to complete tasks Efficiently then Hubspot is for you. You can tailor the system to what every need you have and is Really user Friendly.
