Great overview in a sales

What do you like best about the product?
The Pipeline overview is very good. It is very sleek from other CRM systems I have worked with. I especially like the integrations with our other systems, such as Slack and Aircall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search tool is not very good. When searching for a company or contact, it doesn't show the most obvious ones first. You have to be very specific when searching, and that is not good when you cant remember a full company or contact name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the way we sell in the company. With Hubspot, we have a good setup when working across departments. The synergy between sales and customer success is better than ever.

Templates allows for consistancy with our brand image and workflows allow for automated steps in our pipeline

The shared inbox can get a bit messy at times

Lead time is reduced, along with time to closing deals

What do you like best about the product?
The sequencing tool is so great to help streamline follow ups with clients and ensure you are getting the most out of your leads in a sales environment. The meeting tool is also very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how emails have to be manually associated to records or tickets. It seems to sporadically work so this function could be improved. The ability to easily link up duplicate contacts would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding that time management problems are solved as I can more efficiently manage my day to day tasks with sequences and reminders. I also find the meeting tool to be invaluable as it helps to schedule my working day and maximise client meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have an automated email option and clicks and views in the one CRM instead of needing other software's
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences can be a little hard to navigate through sometimes. I wish the ability to edit them didn't require as many clickthroughs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of client communications is much easier in Hubspot than other CRMs I have used

What do you like best about the product?
Calling features within the CRM itself, integrations with Vidyard for personalised video emails. Great workflows to set up email campaigns and really useful tracking and reporting features
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the list of countries you can call is limited can be quite frustrating, meaning that in some cases an additional solution is required to ensure you can deal with enquiries from certain countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for tracking meetings and contact with prospects, leads and clients. Wide range of information can be displayed gicing you the best picture of where a deal is at in the lifecycle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the learning features to improve your workflows etc

What do you like best about the product?
I had never used Hubspot before in other companies, and now I wish they did; we lost out on so much. It's feature-packed, easy to use, and it makes organising your work, be it sales or account manager, super easy. I do believe I'm more successful because of this amazing tool
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest 5 months in and I'm still finding nuggets of gold to use in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a reseller program is not easy in a CRM, but its so dynamic that you have ways to really set it up safely in the way you can imagine.
