What do you like best about the product?
I like a relatively intuitive way of recording information on contact and on the deal. The dashboard and reports are fairly transparent, although there are still a few features missing that would facilitate sales analysis. I also like that improvements and changes are constantly being made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like changes that lead to an increase in the subscription, although so far they were free, for example HubSpot calling. Another difficult fact is that the contacts that arise cannot be checked by phone number, only by e-mail, which makes work much more difficult. And I don't like list membership and workflows limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot, it is easier for my salespeople to account for their work, you can visualize their results using reports and automate some of the work. The level of work has improved significantly, we have extensive possibilities, but we always have to comply with the limits in Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To know the exact work system of people who will work in Hubspot sales Hub.
It is a very nice tool, but I would like to have more freedom when it comes to filter out users

It is a powerful tool that allow you to save A LOT of time, and that means everything for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty to have full control of the people that you want to target if you run the same sequences on a recurrent basis. Impossibility to clone quotes and deals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can optimise my company's sales processes and put sales on autopilot. Eg. I closed 10 deals without even talking to customers. The power of automated sequences!

It is a powerful tool that, if used with wisdom, can do miracles from a sales perspective.
At the beginning there are some hitches to solve, then it become better, it's a little stiff

Improve flexibility among sector such as in sequences you can't extract directed lists of contacts

sequences contacts and lists, there are problems to recover files in documents and links

I have in my contacts all the information I need, good tasks and linking contacts and companies

What do you like best about the product?
The system is so easy to work on , very user freindly and accurate. It is a very safe and confidentional site which leaves you very satisfied once your work is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is not really a application you can dislike due to the above comments of it being one of the best and easiest programmes i have ever worked on and will advise anybody to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot i can identify exactly what needs urgency and not at specific times giving me a positive and effective and accurate reading of completing my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is all there, contact management, ticket management, ability to link emails and Organise ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call option is great, but too expensive! We have to use a seperate service because the HS charges are too high, then we just have to manually note it in HS

We needed to standardize our email processes as we used google mail before it was not scaleable. Through HS we were able to grow exponentially
Good CRM better support and community
What do you like best about the product?
The workshops, the community and the instant help you get if you ever have a doubt or a problem. You will never miss or mistake a customer with another ever again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things about design, so that it would be simple. Like when you have to switch between contacts/companies. ALSO love the reports and dashboards, but maybe an easier way to program them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my contacts and the results of those interaction while also being able to track the companies and my coworker efficiency. The option of creating a reports effortlessly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sooner you get to watch the tutrorials the less time you will waste cause, it is so useful, you will never get to know it entirely.
An excellent piece of software to sync Sales & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is the all-in-one aspect of it. Sales and Marketing can work on the same tool to generate leads, nurture them, and close deals. If you need to align sales and marketing, go ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data reports are easy to build and it's a piece of cake to follow things such as Sales Reps' activities. However, high-level data can be hard to consolidate depending on your business model and invoicing methods (e.g. multi-year contracts).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning Sales and Marketing. Having our Sales teams working on leads provided by Marketing actions (and Marketing focusing on generating more leads for them). Following Sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Going through tasks is very well organized and the interface is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is very limited. Simple reports/dashboards for conversion rates are not easy to design. Workflows become too complex and unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customer relations through HubSpot is easy due to the friendly user interface. It is easy to learn for new reps but lacks some reporting capabilities.
