Great platform, easy to learn and very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get to know the platform. It has a great knowledge base. I love how it syncs with gmail and how you can create meeting calendars where clients can book appointments directly to your Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides to using the platform up untill now. I'm only using the platform for 6 months now but I certainly have not tested out all the features it holds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can follow up your sales pipeline very well by keeping an eye on the reports dashboard together with the possibility to create tasks. My sales continuity and follow up ratio has gone up exponentially.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot got all the administration tools that we need as a sales team. I like the ability and possibilities with sequences best

Linkedin integration isn't perfect but is getiing better

we are solving that we have all the costumer data in one space. So its possible to see all the stuff in one time with all the team members
Great experience with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's user-friendly, and it doesn't take long to learn how to use it. In addition, I like the fact that you can constantly check your stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it lags and doesn't perform that well, but overall there is not much that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized benefits in the sense that I can always check my stats, both emails and calls and also many more others. I can also keep track of everything I do.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the tool? It's really nessecary for the company.Today a crm is really essential for a company, and on top of that it's a tool that really allows to give a sense to a company and to share its values with all hubspot users
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time of the support which sometimes does not take the time to find a solution, and i don't like, I don't like the way we have to do updates because I think it's a shame to do it this way

A lot of things, whether it's in terms of sequence or properties or even chatflow, it's really a tool that allows you to achieve what you want or find a solution that comes close to it.

The contacts page and difficult to organizer many contacts.

HubSpot Sales combines sales and marketing in an unprecedented way. The features support each other. Using the same system for marketing and sales provides a double benefit
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of Hubspot, you need to know it. Full benefit also requires employee commitment to using the system. There is still room for improvement for example customizability of quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage the sales process. We monitor the development of leads, offers and trades. We also actively use Hubspot’s Tasks feature, which reminds us of customer contact and tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you don't need to put much effort, a lot is optimized and Hubspot is connected to so many tools, which help to pull out data easily. Tracking is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some basic things that are missing, which are handy to have. But I see Hubspot making new updates all the time, which is great. For example, would be awesome to have automated replies set up from Hubspot

Ability to optimize reach out to partners. Ability to create deals and stages, which are relevant to your business. Ability to track results easily with various tool

If you have to put some automated reach out to potential or current partners on background and save your time, Hubspot is a great tool for that

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to put many details about the prospects on the clientcard. This can also be automated when you import clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've grown so fond of this solution that there is nothing I can point my finger at. It gives me everything I need. There could be luxury features, like linking a client with for instance LinkedIn, that all the employees are automatically copied. There could however be the case that this already is a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a good overview of all my prospects. I know who to contact and when. With Sales Hub I have booked more than 100 meetings in a not too long period, and I keep getting opportunities by using it.

Very clean interface and is easy to use. Highly recommended
