Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to stay organised, user friendly, helps you to stay on track.

I have not had any bad experiences yet. Need to use it a bit longer.

It is helping to stay connected with clients more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the platform and its tools and how efficient they are in giving me an overview of my leads and clients as well as getting in touch with them
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some aspects might be overcomplicated. Its also sad that some filters arent 100% accurate and dont seem to have customers in mind - an update to that would be great!

Getting in touch fast with clients as well as keeping them always informed. It benefits me greatly in many ways, mostly by making my daily activites faster and more efficient

Organization of Deals, Demo Booking, Sales Enablement. Tracking Sales Activities

Not possible to autosave Leads to contacts, possible to jump over the stage in the pipeline

Visualization of our Sales, Followup, Outbound and Onboarding Pipeline as well as Customer communication.

The ease of use for the End-user and integrable in it with many other tools in the markets.

That I can't choose the countries I want to call out to myself. I have to get an administrator involved

Finding relevant and up to date infomation. this is the best because people leave and sometimes other tools don't update. I get to update this myself.

Could have a better Linkedin Integration.

Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I think the videos and help center are very easy to use. They help you get the most out of the Hubspot platform and utilize all of the available functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there are sections that you can only use if you pay for a higher membership. I understand Hubspot has to make money so I'm just being picky.

Keeping order of all of my clients and making sure I have proper notes in place with everyone.
