One of the Best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access and navigation is the best part of using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling through Hubspot sometimes is challenging

Managing the lead flow and the customer lifecycle.
Outstanding Platform for Lead Generation and Conversion!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is one of the most impressive aspects of the platform. Integration with calling, emailing and meetings make outreach seamless. The automated features allow me to concentrate on speaking with prospective clients rather than working through mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to really suggest that there are any main issues with Hubspot regarding the sales hub however, I would say reporting on ROI from google ads and offline sources could be imoproved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The opportunity to reach multiple prospects at a time with an automated follow-up feature allows me to flawlessly work through my client list knowing exactly where I am with each client.

What do you like best about the product?
Used different CRM tools before and so far, HubSpot is the best one! Managing my customers' data is a piece of cake. I especially like the ability to select multiple items at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but if there's room for improvement, it's probably good to choose where we would save the new contact (existing record or new record) to avoid duplicate records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up bad contacts is so easy to do using the Sales Hub.
Easy Tracking of Customers
What do you like best about the product?
There is no redundant entries of customers as it will automatically filter if the same has been added by other colleagues. Easy tracking on the sales flow once all communication has been tracked and logged.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, all is good and haven't seen any dislikes. Oh yeah, I think I don't like the merging of contacts. I wish there is an easy way to merge it where I can see the existing entries not just the names as there is no identities which one is new and old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring in customers for the company. I realized that using Hubspot is easier to track especially if working with global colleagues. It increases business performance in a way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Sales Hub is a quick CRM solution for easy tracking. You can have all your colleagues track emails, sales flow, meetings, etc all on the same platform. Time saver than doing the email communication as you can already see what's happening with a certain client.
a good automation to recommend
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good CRM+Autmation tool. I've been using it for a while. Some feature such as handy email template is good. and direct removing from list of a campaign once client replied is good and hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problem in SEQUENCE is though it can create good automation, different subject lines can not be inserted for inline mails.
Seconnd is, once client is unsubscribed, all future mail(inclunding new imports and sources must be automatically removed). some client reply as unsubscribe, not interested. it all email should automatically removed.
Few mails though delivered from normal outlook. some email shown bounced while importing.

Hubspot helps our team to reduce much work such as reminder for followups, all setting up campaign is very easy. and also helps auto followups is a good solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to call and SMS clients and locate notes on the account. Also very substantial information for sales pipeline in order to forecast leads compare to other CRMS
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much. Probably an easy access to social media marketing. Hubspot academy is also a bit lacking on other topics and may need to improve on easier access to communications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customer related concerns such as interests in hiring people in order to develop their busines. It is more productive to use hubspot than any other CRM. Business has definitely improved with this

Efficient Sales Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
I am always on the go - online meetings, F2Fs, webinars, cold calls and I needed a robust CRM system that will keep track of my activities. I love the notifications of tasks that are due - so I'm always on my toes. I appreciate the analytics - helps me a lot to keep track of what sales activities are worth my while.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, the UI/UX is ok. I just hope I can set up my own shortcut buttons for frequently used functions.

If you're looking for an easy to use CRM - this is it
Very user-friendly and smart
What do you like best about the product?
Hunspot sales is easy to navigate, plenty of cool features (shoutout to Gordon Cone for his help with the Timezone update, this has been a gamechanger!) The Hubspot support is exceptional and much better than I thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
l think the overall design is looking a bit templated and outdated, could do with a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has seamless integration with other apps which speeds up the day, Aircall being an example. It's easy to track click and open rates of sequences in hubspot.
Easy to use system that enables efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences feature. It allows me to effectively follow up with my prospects and see the compiled statistics of those enrolled in the sequence. I like that follow up emails are linked to the previous email, and that you can set the days apart from the next one.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only we can mix and match the features in the Sales Hub that we want, instead of having it packaged. Some features of the Sales Hub are not used, but it is still part of the package and we have to pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with prospects. I used to follow up with prospects with Tasks, but that would end up being a little messy when there are too many tasks to go through. With Sequences, I can just enroll prospects in and have the system follow up on my behalf in a timely manner.

Hubspot had a few updates to make the experiences even smoother, so they had to change the layout of the pages, plus added new features that made it easy to reach out to any aspect that you may need
What do you dislike about the product?
They have improved the services, and they have started adding more video to learn smoothly how to use it. Also, with the up-to-date new layout, you can easily move between pages on the site and complete tasks in a smooth way
