Great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI and useful tools that enables our sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see some in-built pre-recorded voicemails without having to integrate a 3rd party tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a multi-jurisdiction sales team. Training sales team members through call recording notes
Huge fan of Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use and has such a large array of features. It's easily customisable and customisations don't break the system like other crms.
What do you dislike about the product?
As their features as separated into different packages, it can be limiting sometimes if you want to pick and choose certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective management of contact details, outreach, reporting. Benefit is a low touch solution which enables clear reporting and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organised our System is not that we used hubspot, everythign is there where we need it

to be honest i love everything about the app, there isnt any flaws
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a huge list of clients we help and we can filter the entire list at the click of a button when we need them because hubspot alows us to do so

What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM to manage all customers for our B2C channel. You can customise just about every level of each contact, company and deal card to make it work exactly how you'd like it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to send texts from Hubspot. I know there is the ability to make calls but being able to make and track texts would be monumental. Have seen this functionality in other CRMs such as JobAdder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vast depths of automations and sequences you can set up in HubSpot is fantastic. I am sure I have only just started to scratch the surface with what we can do to increase customer experience.

Definitely one of the more comprehensive CRM suites out there

Sometimes is a bit glitchy, can be a bit temperamental at times

Daily Usage of HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have quick access to all of my customer's information, quotes, and past discussion makes this tool very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule a meeting from the phone app, it needs to be done from the computer app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest things is having the notes on what was discussed in the last meeting right at my fingertips. There is no need to scroll through old emails.
HubSpot is better than Salesforce, and it's not even close
What do you like best about the product?
This has to be the most user friendly CRM in the market. I've used a bunch of other ones, all of which took weeks of training to understand. Hubspot took 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything, I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using their calling tool is huge. Paired with Tasks, my reps have been able to hit industry high call numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to use this as a tool for your sales team I cannot recommend it enough. It doesn't have some of the functionality of a Salesforce in terms of managing non sales projects (from what I can tell) but there's a million different benefits for software companies.

The support team is always very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is counterproductive to have a different level of access to services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our customer experience quite seamless as we can record relevant infomation in a tidy and easily accessible manner.
Great tool and brings all of our pieces of the puzzle together!
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and the ability to bring all of our communications together. Really enjoy the fact we can run two pipelines at the same time for both sales and customer succes.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of different components to learn all at once. It would be great to have an initial training call to learn about the platform at the beginning of our usage of Hubspot.

Sales, customer success, marketing and product feedback.
