What do you like best about the product?
customizable features. Call logging. Easy to use interface

Some customizable features are too comprehensive. Little glitches and bugs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find new sales lead for start up company. Ability to track calls and filter out different companies and contacts. Deals funnel was excellent for keeping records
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
The desktop integration with Gmail and Outlook is great. Everything syncs easily to my calendar. 50% or more of my time is spent in the field with customers, so having the mobile app is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting to be a little difficult to navigate. For mobile use, you are unable to add photos or documents which I need often when on a customer's site or event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from a paper-driven environment to digital, HubSpot has allowed us to expand our internal communication and collaboration, help us track and understand our customers and business better, and have improved our individual and group efficiency by an incredible margin.

If you require a large amount of help getting started or have many questions, you'll need to pay for their services.

Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we can customize our Sales pipelines. The custom fields and the ability to tailor them to our sales process are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to have two account owners co-own a deal. Sometimes we have situations where our sales rep will need to do a split commission deal and there is no way to do that without creating a custom text or picker field. I'd love to be able to tag two account owners easily. Additionally, we run our numbers on monthly closed run rates. The ability to have a field that allows us to calculate an annual deal worth based on the monthly deal run rate and the actual close dates without all the manual math would be beneficial for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information Transparency! The ability to get a breakdown of information by ASD was previously like pulling teeth. Now, by auto or manually logging calls and meetings, we have a glimpse into the daily work our sales reps perform and can tie it back to their annual performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in good onboarding. It does require a heavy lift on the front to ensure your system is set up to your specifications and getting the initial data in, as well as setting up templates, snippets, etc.
Hubspot is easy to use, easy to learn, and has a great staff to support you.
What do you like best about the product?
Email integration tracking. Helps me stay on top of leads and review old conversations quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow seems a little complicated with not many applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, follow-up, and retention. Better account retention and communication

Watch online tutorials first to make sure it is a fit.
Great Database
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot platform is a great way to store customer data and store notes, it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the features of the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not found any problems when using the Sales Hub.

It is a great way to store email and conversation content for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tools for email and air call integration. The Dashboards help my daily, weekly and monthly goal tracking. I also appreciate the ability to customize my tasks and queues to keep track and prioritize what I want to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be our company's set-up but the Contacts being separated from our leads, have created one lead to be divided into the Lead side or Contact side for just one lead. It confused me at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved for visually organizing my day, month and even quarters in the future into a seamless pipeline that I can customize in my dashboard. I have the benefit of visualizing my data how it makes sense to me most.
HubSpot Excellent CMR Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to cross-check all information that has been entered. Very user- friendly if given the time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing thus far. I love this tool and will continue to learn all that it has to offer.

Using HubSpot to track the growth of a company is a challenge. However, the Benefits are used correctly will be positive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using HubSpot as it helps to keep me organized and has unlimited capabilities as far as CRMs go.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great CRM and has very easy navigation and client tracking software. Really like the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they had a texting option fully built-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to add as many lead statuses as you'd like for contacts is really helpful.

As a part SFDC user I was untidily impressed
What do you dislike about the product?
With the ease of use delivered by hubspot. I feel the usability and the functionality as there with less friction. I'm about to to everything I did with other rm, but feel that it's easier to get things done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All contact management, email communications to clients and prospects as well as granular level revenue tracking all in one spot. I've been able to get things done and the days I need really.
