What do you like best about the product?
Most Helpful: Ability to integrate with so many different tools and vendors, really anything in our tech-stack we can integrate with HubSpot to track and measure goals
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not super intuitive, I have had to bring in contractors and support to help in small issues that I think could be resolved through more training or more helpful articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use the Marketing Hub pro, but Sales Hub has been great to differentiate from MQLs that live in Hubspot and SQLs that live in Salesforce. We like being able to see all activities taken by contacts in Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend it, even if you use another CRM as your primary

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for the end user. Organization to the max!
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant outages Hubspot has whether it is phonecalls or loading tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with customers, organizing leads, and closing deals. Saves me time and money! more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, easy to use and allows us to detail important information. Tasks are important for me to use, as I do use them all of the time. What's even better is that the tasks are linked to Slack so you have multiple ways to remind yourself to follow up! Aside from the million other "best" things HS has to offer, having transparency to tickets and notes is a big help when trying to obtain information before a call or response to a retailer. Having access to critical information, both big and /or small, without having to reach out to someone cuts time and allows everyone to proceed with working without additional disruption. This means more time to get work done and less time trying to find someone to explain something that can easily be written in a note in HS. You can even tag people, which is also AWESOME!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to say here... the only downfall at times is trying to find a retailer when someone leaves a voicemail. This seems to be my only issue when trying to find a call back with the possibility of a voicemail being left. To avoid this, I provide my direct line via Kixie now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits include cross-checking information and making sure all information regarding each retailer is up-to-date and correct. Backtracking using notes is a great tool for finding exact information when you have to solve any issues that may arise. HS has been helpful in so many different ways it would be almost impossible to list them all in one sitting.

What do you like best about the product?
What is the most helpful about Hubspot is the Sales Reps along with having an Inbound Consultant. This makes life and tasks easier to complete. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the reports and maybe not having training videos on the basics made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what our audience clicks and opens. This way we can continue to progress and target correctly.

Use your Hubspot reps, inbound consulting and read through the community groups

I really love how user friendly Hubspot sales hub is.
It doesn't take much time to get your bearings as far as locating your tasks, contacts, sequences etc. goes.
I also find that the native dialer is an added bonus.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better filters for filtering prospects by time zone. They recently added one but the accuracy of it seems a bit iffy.

Keeping all of our contacts and communications in one place.

Solid monthly reporting and metric tracking.
Overall it's a really good tool for early stage companies who might not have budget/a need for something as robust as some competitors offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of some tasks and not worrying about missing a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardly anything to dislike however there is room for improvement

Solving problem of process and task automation. The benefits I have realized is everything regarding my work can be totally done on hubspot and tracked.

I love that you can customize every little piece of Hubspot- from scheduling to drip protocol. It's so well-rounded.

I dislike the limited calling for lead gen purposes.

The ability to assign tasks to others and coordinate as a team remotely.
Great tool for young startups
What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub gives me a great landing spot for determining where to begin when conducting sales outreach. The deal stages and email templating alone have been enough to get our company to a point I'm happy with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm less than thrilled about is the lack of phone minutes that starter comes with. Not that there aren't solutions around that, but I think 500 minutes is a little undermannned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like any CRM, Sales hub helps you track prospects through their journey leading to becoming a client. Sales is all about numbers, and our performance has increased so that we can worry less about tracking, and more about closing.
Hubspot is my favorate way of managing my activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact and seamless navigational hub allows me to move around to my contacts, templates, and sequences effectively as an Account Manager with high contract values.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sequencing requires templates to be deleted first, prior to deleting the entire sequence. This is a time consuming process to have to delete hundreds of templates before deleting and renewing sequences. Also caller support for certain countries is still not available which makes our company have to resort to a third party phone provider. Also, not allowing certain account managers to see others deals has been an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the turnaround time for clients using templates and the sales extension via gmail. Also the issue of not being able to create subdeals pertaining to a main deal makes add-ons difficult to track.

Ask for a quote and figure out how it compares to other platforms across the board such as close io and salesforce
