Easy & comprehensive CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
The support from the Hubspot team is always quick & efficient. I really love the ability to speed up my day to day processes (like emailing a new client and their contact automatically being created in our CRM)
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not always the most intuitive CRM, but the support team is typically able to quickly help us work through any hiccups we may encounter. Could be nice to have additional training available without having to reach out/ read through numerous articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deals do not slip through the cracks nearly as often as they have with other CRMS/ internal tracking. Being able to set up timed sequences to optimize my days, outreach & follow-up has really improved my client conversion.

Better UI/UX than other CRM's

What do you like best about the product?
Just find that HubSpot is easier to navigate, and I find it more intuitive than SalesForce for sales-related and marketing-related functions. Reporting is pretty straightforward as well. Not overly-complicated, yet provides you with what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation is cludgy when toggling between a prospect and the company. I think these have been long-standing issues, but if they could fix the directional navigation to make it easier to go from an individual profile and back out to the company list that would be great. It would also be great if they could create a "checklist" so I can filter those companies and prospects where I have completed correspondence to go to the bottom of "My Companies".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just attempting to generate broad awareness. It would be great if the campaign button would apply to the sales module, and not just marketing. I could be more efficient if I could take advantage of that.

The user-friendly, intuitive CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple it is to view all of the critical information on contacts and companies. You're able to customize fields, easily drop down different sections, and create a view that makes sense for you - all without having information overload. I used to use Salesforce and it just gave me too many headaches with the small print and mass amount of information, all without being intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that it is a hindrance that the time zone filter was JUST rolled out months ago, and that when pulling time zones, Hubspot pulls from the users IP address, which does not line up with their geographical location. Salesforce pulls from the area code of the phone number, so it is much more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to easily communicate in the team on specific customers and prospects, using the tagging feature. If something isn't entered in hubspot, it doesn't exist with us. It has really helped us communicate and stay informed across teams.

Don't like the fonts are limiting and can't send a mass email with an attachment

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and allows the user to take control of their day. It also allows easy input of new companies and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to assign personas to customers. I wish there was more content available to send automated emails that look more like the marketing templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to structure my day. Benefits include being able to outreach more effectively. I would say I am a bit more productive than using other CRM's.

Gets the job done

What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive open/link click tracking, and I like that it's easy to use and figure out. The communication threads are also easy to review and follow and the use of templates and sequences is easy. The meeting/call tracking/reporting is extensive and insightful - I can track type of call and stage. The meeting scheduling links are also a HUGE game changer - different links and scheduling capabilities for different reasons are very helpful and save me and my prospects time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched from Outreach and there are a few features it had that HS doesn't - adding a "tag" to contacts, being able to edit the sequence email going out to multiple people in a batch of people you're sequencing (not editing the master sequence) instead of just on an individual level (maybe this is just my user-setting), outreach having the capability to add a task in addition to the sequence if the user's engagement on the sequence is high, the variable content placeholders that you use in templates/sequences available - ie. outreach had an option to include the {1-2 business days from now} - haven't seen that in Hubspot. Also being able to include other variable custom fields from the contact/account - ie a unique code so the prospect can redeem free swag. Hubspot has some features that are better/different from Outreach so it's a trade off - I think it's just different and I'm getting used to it. I wouldn't say one is better than the other, but the features mentioned above would make the transition easier. The tracking of emails seems to track internal emails and emails I say not to track in my settings - so that's a little annoying and I feel that invades my privacy a little bit. That said, I'm not typically using work email for private matters, however sometimes there is sensitive information that the entire sales org does not need to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall contact management is better and easier, all the activity is easy to see in one place - I think the interface of Outreach was lacking in this area. I also like the call/meeting scheduling and logging features in comparison to other CRMs I've used. I think overall it's a better platform than Outreach, gets the job done, though it could use some small improvements here and there to give it more "nice-to-have" features and capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you schedule lot's of calls/meetings and need to track the types of calls, etc., hubspot is great for this. Also makes integration between marketing/sales teams easy - can see forms submitted through website by a prospect and also when a prospect engages with marketing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of sales and marketing tools into one environment and the task management systems. I like the contact and company records screen. It is through, complete, and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel like there are some missing tools on the CRM side. Pipedrive does a good job of visualizing and gamifying the sales pipeline. The way deals and pipelines are used don't help the salesperson they help the manager. They could do both.
Part of that is the clunky management of a customer's lifecycle. It is designed for the marketing side. I feel like we need a revenue management solution where both are considered and it is easy to progress a lead to a customer. There are too many versions of this in HubSpot right now and while the customizations can improve it, they do nothing to the UX side compared to other solutions like Pipedrive where it makes it easy and visual to see a lead progress to a purchase and even after purchase follow up.
I also don't like that there is no integrated mapping solution for customers. Not everything is email marketing.
Calls being broken out and charged for is going to make the process harder for sales and calls will be done but not recorded manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer records management. The integrations with external sources are good. This is allowing us to see the customer in a holistic way from their first interaction with us to the marketing cycle.

Really ergonomic CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The "Preview" features allowing you to access multiple pages, all while only using one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have disliked is that we can no longer use the email sector of hubspot, but it still works with the tracking and logging so that's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle my daily connection with current files, It makes it a breeze to pull these up and reach out via email or call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get familiar with little shortcuts that will allow you to work alot more efficiently and ergonomically. "Preview" for example.
