What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add clinics and information. I utilize the tasks to make sure that I keep up on what I need to do. We have so many moving pieces and the tasks allow me to keep up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I don't like is that it doesn't allow you to easily move back and forth between the different sections. For example if I click on a deal stage and then want to move back to the company it is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that I am solving is keeping organized with everything I have to do. I cover clinics across half of the United States and if I didn't have Hubspot to help me set tasks and organize then things would fall through the cracks.

Make sure to make the most of the powerful tools that Hubspot offers. Utilize the tasks and calendar

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly I can log a call, make a note and pin important information to the top.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really just takes getting used to its workflows and what works best for you as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can track what we're doing and have others easily jump in to help because of the notes, etc. so we don't miss a beat. This is hugely beneficial because it saves time.

HubSpot is an easy-to-use sales and tracking team that benefits a team. No matter where team members are, you only need to be online to use this business tool.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of HubSpot sales is the ability to track all calls and emails in the deal, move the deal down the sales pipeline and being able to create tasks and actionable items as reminders to follow up with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful tool in HubSpot sales is the sequence function. This tool takes a lot of manual time for client prospecting and if the process was somehow automated or buffed up so I could add contacts into sequences quicker that would be a lot more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems I see my organization solving with HubSpot sales is sales pipeline disorganization. As our busy months hit, it can be difficult to manage all the different deals and accounts we manage. With HubSpot, tracking, organizing, and creating reminders on deals allows my team to never skip a beat and help prioritize our sales pipeline.
HubSpot has helped me able to maintain consistent, timely outreach with all my clients.

How organized the platform helps me to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something about HubSpot that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My followup is much more organized. My response rates from clients has doubled with my consistent follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email integration as well as the follow-up tracking for Tasks. Better than using other CRM tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to create new reports on the fly by not using filters that are complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the Sales lifecycle much easier to navigate and keep track of pending opportunities. I'm more productive.

Ease of use , customization
Hubspot saves me so much time and streamlines my sales process.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very intuitive. Rather than having to log things in multiple places, it logs it all for me with one entry. It has given me significantly more time to focus on selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is robust but the ability to create and use saved reports leaves something to be desired. I usually end up recreating the same report multiple times because it's easier than trying to use the ones I saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! I used to use SalesForce and immediately upon switching to Hubspot I was able to complete more than double my usual amount of work. The automation makes follow-up easy. One of my favorite features is the task list. It "spoon feeds" me my tasks rather than having to go into each one separately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're using SalesForce, you should seriously consider switching to HubSpot.

It is quite easy to use. The DIaler is spot on. The Sequences flow decently.

it would be nice if the customizations were more in depth

How easy it i to organize! I love how everything is so easy to find and I know that I have everything about my candidates at hand

that there are times when it is down and not saving my things.

I just wish that whatever calls I make through hubspot can be called through Dialpad. I am also more productive
