What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of arranging the deals and that everything is arranged according to divisions that are convenient to me
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are fewer automated tools and that the software does not learn the preferences preferred for my company

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can get help from chatting with an agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot changes the font's a lot if you try to copy paste items it looks different in gmail than on hubspot. Your default color is not black, it's also not a color that is easy to replicate and "restore to default" is a different color than your standard text color. Its really frustrating and makes personalizing email templates hard.

Threaded emails from back and forth are hard to find and expand in hubspot.

You DO NOT HAVE a SDR to AE calendar scheduling round robin hand off. I have to manually track how many meetings I set per AE to try and keep it even. As I'm about to grow our SDR team this is going to make my life much more difficult than if you just developed this feature which has been upvoted MANY TIMES in your suggestion page.

I wish tasks were prioritized based on how many clicks someone gives to emails / how much they engage is prioritized above someone who has never clicked on an email or picked up the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems mentioned above - I am constantly behind on tasks it's hard to catch up without automating more which I don't want to do.
Would also like a better lead score chart which a hubspot associate told me how to do but it wasn't exactly what i was looking for and too busy to go back and forth on this.

Benefit = how many times someone opens an email and at what time they open the email.
Reminders sent out automatically before scheduled meetings = huge benefit

What do you like best about the product?
1. You can literally find every piece of information you need long as you know where to look for it. Plus, all the resources Hubspot sets you up with, along with their accessible Support team mean that you will know where to look for it!
2. It's a great resource for Marketing and Sales to collaborate since all the deal + lead source info (among other data) is in one place, which is perfect for our company since we have small teams who can speak directly with one another on solving lead gen challenges.
3. Fair amount of customization when it comes to property fields, visibility, tags etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Integration with Slack and Gmail means that you're getting bombarded with notifications for a single task. It's not a Hubspot problem per se, but there's no discernible way to customize these notifications except for setting filters to mute/dismiss them.
2. Some occasional issues live chats not getting routed to the proper person in spite of having clear workflows built out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After migrating our website to Hubspot, there's a tremendous degree of visibility into where leads are coming from and how they interact with our website. Plus, as the lead moves from a subscriber to a customer, all teams from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success are on the same page as everyone adds notes or data to the same contact so there are lesser chances of key info not being captured by different teams. It's a great tool for effective collaboration, built around the customers' journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is very easy to navigate and that you are allowed to customize fields so easily. I love being able to add clients to a Static List, and create marketing emails all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of at the moment that I dislike.

I am solving organizational problems and becoming very detailed!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's relatively easy to navigate, and not clunky like other CRMs. Sequences are super helpful, and the task options help me stay on top of the things I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences are great, but cannot be used mid-conversation. I'd like to be able to start a follow-up sequence once a prospect responds, but you are only able to start sequences as new email threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to scale faster than by doing everything manually. Automation and reporting have been critical in helping us understand our customers and performance.

Sometimes the templates load slowly and it causes delays

What do you like best about the product?
The deal and task sections are what we utilize the most. I like that we can adjust and customize the setup to best fit our goals and KPIs. I also love the template creation option as it saves us a lot of time with follow-up messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be tricky to learn and there are limitations to it's customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our contacts, automating emails, automating follow-up messaging, and overall management of our leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks and deals make forecasting easy and efficient. I also benefit from the extraordinary data Hubspot provides for each contact I reach out to.

The only aspect i dislike about Hubspot is the ease of creating duplicate accounts without an auto-merge feature. I manually go through and merge numerous accounts weekly.
