Hubspot rocks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks part of hubspot as well as contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be improvement with the reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hubspot for prospecting

how easy it is for potential clients to book appointments on my calendar and how it syncs direclty with my outlook calendar.

there is nothing i dislike about it currently.

saving time and allowing ease of use for my SDR team to book appointments on my calendar
Very easy to use CRM with a ton of great features
What do you like best about the product?
The snippets and sequences capabilities. I can easily create snippets that help me answer faster to my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Tasks hub can be improved. I don't like the little pop-up window it appears when I select a task, I'll rather have all that contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to find a lead and create lists for specific personas registered.

What do you like best about the product?
Inuitive functionality, good holistic solution for small/medium sized businesses. We use service, sales, and ops modules. Great knowledge base and great for onboarding/educating team new to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little clunky on user experience. Not often thought out for how to use at massive scale- example being not seeing contact details when sending sequences and other automation views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email outreach at scale, testing and easy reporting. Financial impact TBD given using fully for about 2 months. Good gains here with general sales activity and tracking.

Good
pricey, but keeps our client pipeline organized.

i started using hubspot a year ago and it keeps our client pipeline organized

pricey and even the lowest price with the basic required tools starts at 1K a month.

Hubspot is very user friendly but don't have other experience with CRM to compare,

The fact that it is very user friendly and easy to learn!

Sometimes it randomly crashes and i have to restart it. (usually once or twice a week.)

Connecting to people who need help with water systems and achieving compliance.

No support yet for OR-based filters, it would be a nice addition

What do you like best about the product?
The insights from data and the ability to access information in light speed are amazing! It is the most user friendly CRM I have ever used. The integrations available are so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to analyze data based upon the timeline of events and when they happen to determine interest from leads/prospects. It's not that big of a deal as I am sure it's in the pipeline!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to continue to personalize and customize our content based upon our personas. We are able to deliver a more unique experience based upon their background and desires.

You don't know how good you can be until you try it!

User Friendly interface with plenty of options for campaigns and organized calling cadence

NOthing I can really think of it was smooth.

Keeping a call cadence and having everything with calls being tracked
HubSpot is right for our sales process
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales process is unique and strategic. Having experienced many CRMs in the past, HubSpot has been the most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish there was a LinkedIn API that would automatically input data into profiles. I realize this is an expensive decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are modifying sequences to both be more effective and not be confined to the spam filter.
