Hubspot Helps Simplify Contact Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot Sales because it helps me easily track my outreach as well as keep on task. I consistently use Tasks as reminders to follow up with contacts; it has a lovely page listing everything due, overdue, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the complexity of creating reports. Some reports should already exist as is, for instance: 1. A goal to actual chart 2. A sales pipeline/funnel (in funnel view, of course) 3. Easy tracking of to-date meetings, calls & emails (this has improved on the dashboard) and better sequencing options (if a task isn't done, the person stays in the sequence. If they're in the sequence, you have to opt them out before you can email them or add to another sequence). "Hidden" options (you don't know they're there until you click on something) are also problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact follow up is pretty easy in Hubspot. Potential clients have been impressed that I "remembered" to call them again (or annoyed, LOL). Using Tasks, I can make more calls per day than with other systems that I've used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan to training. Setting up the CRM connections & meeting credentials are still a bit buried.
Amazing Sales Tool To Grow Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows you to maintain your leads super effectively. It's a fantastic software that will enable you to communicate quickly and efficiently as your customer engages with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to find anything not to like about this fantastic software. The only minor issue I see is the software tells me to collect 50% when I have already done so, but that is super minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to communicate things quickly to customers. The significant benefit is getting customers the information, as I say, at the speed of light.

I like the tasks function best - it allows you to keep track of all upcoming calls/emails! I love it it's been such a great product and would recommend it! 100%!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calling function will freeze up or have technical issues. I love it it's been such a great product and would recommend it! Please keep Hubspot in mind for all your sales needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of not having everything all in one place. it's also great that it syncs with salesforce so that everything is linked up! It has solved a lot of issues for us!

just use all the functions that it has! It's a great product!
The Best CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
The User interface is very friendly and easy to navigate. Between the Tasks, Sequences and other tools built into to HubSpot it makes my days prospecting as an SDR much easier than other CRMs I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot in general is a powerhouse for a CRM and there are not any features I dislike. Typically if there is a feature or function needed it is already built in or can plug in with a Zap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The day-to-day is much more proficient using HubSpot and the overall goals I need to hit make it possible to use HubSpot to its fullest. Worth the investment for sure.
It works bit some things can be very tedious.

The has many ways to filter and sort contacts. This makes it so you can get the right touchpoints.

The calling through hubspot is pretty bad. It drops my calls consistently. Also, the website goes down several times a week.

There is not much that is not to like. It integrates well with all means of communication with customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of your customers is so well. Sequence emails and logs of all communications make it so easy you never have to keep a log somewhere seprate. It is all in one spot.
Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It so much easier to use than other CRMs
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the ability to see who opened an email if you send it to more than one contact. If the message went to only 1 person, it's clear it was opened by them. If you send to 2 people, you can't tell which of the 2 opened it. I don't even know if that's possible to update, but it would be really cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily view my tasks for the day, and I like that it sends me a daily email of what needs to be accomplished. It makes me more productive.
Hubspot is the best CRM I have used in my career.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the call recordings, the integrations (slack for example), and the ability to stay organized with tasks. I also love the customization with building workflows, sequences, and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the email tracking capabilities. Since HubSpot tracks all emails by a separate email address, it marks each email as opened even if it was just opened by Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my processes and organization problems. People don't slip through the cracks as easily with task organization and sequences. I love also that it integrates with seamless.

Great tool for organizing the sales process end to end
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Once you know one tool in Hubspot it is very easy to learn and understand the rest. Layouts are intuitive and it's easy to find each piece of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of power in the tool. It can almost be distracting to have so much functionality. Overall, it's manageable, but could be cool to shut off certain options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Sales Hub to organize all our incoming leads, track calls, demos, and see the last time each lead was contacted. We've been more productive and had fewer people slip through the cracks.
Easy to Use CRM and MA Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Deal management is very user-friendly and makes pipeline management easy for the sales team. Workflows are great for sending email and building sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be a bit challenging to understand at first.

Deal/pipeline management has become less time-consuming and easier for the team to manage. Time saved on sales tasks and keeping deals up to date.
