Hubspot Makes Sales Easier

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to stay organized and efficient while keeping a personal touch with my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I wish were available at this level such as automatic enrollment into sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the issue of a lot of manual work to bring back cold leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The task manager is the most helpful. I also enjoy the sales dashboards.
It's very easily integrated with outside lead gen software such as Zoominfo and Apollo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracking feature counts my own opens as part of the total, which can be misleading. On the new company page dashboard, contacts are displayed on the right side, but their titles are not visible unless I click into each contact individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central CRM with notes all in one place with easy access. Great way to manage sales pipeline and record activity. Benefit of forecasting sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your current sales process, the reporting you would like to see, and how it will integrate with your proprietary customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
How efficient Hubspot makes my every day easier. Especially within sequences, because this makes my outreach to potential clients that much easier. I do not know what I would do without hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't one thing about Hubspot that I specifically dislike. Everything works smoothly for my every day tasks. One aspect is after my sequence my contacts are almost just lost. There is probably a good way to go about this but I'm not familiar with the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with HubSpot is the ability to reach out to way more clients in a every day manner. This has benefited rather than doing these tasks manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It makes your every day at work easier, I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automation that is possible with Sales Hub. The pipeline review tools and the ability to view the entire pipeline and both the last activity as well as the next activity for each deal are also extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deal pipeline's default was to be sorted by Close Date (or at least Closed Won).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage all of our sales process through HubSpot Sales. It has really created a much more seamless experience for customers and for reps.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly integrated with Google to provide the best most comprehensive sales tools I've ever had the pleasure of using to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on calling minutes and I'm sure the continued price increases for all of the features we like

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of the workflow. It helps me track deals through my pipeline, keep very detailed records of customer interactions, and build good reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing automation is a bit cumbersome. I don't use this feature very much, but when I do, it always takes me a long time to get my bearings and I find it difficult to make changes to things that are already in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I LOVED the sales training. The "boringly similar" line of thinking not only helped me as an individual sales rep, but helped our entire organization close more of the things that we are best at!

The adaptive workflow system, integrations and evolutive tool growth

i can't utilize the scheduling system to do a meeting for multiple guests.

Organization of tasks during the sales process step by step, identifying where the team needs help to doing a better work and reach better results

What do you like best about the product?
the automation and the endless amount of customizations to do exactly what I want to do. I love the task feature, I love the notes section, and I love that I can automate just about anything I want to do,.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't find much I don't like, I have liked just about everything with it so far. I would say my only dislikes come from wanting more training - not knowing how to set up the automations and workflows I want (I ask someone else I know to do it, but this is more of a personal problem and training issue).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CApacity issues, automating tasks, saving time. Benefits are endless and went from not utilizing hubspot much at all to utilizing it for everything including task management, sales management. it has solved almost all problems I bring up to the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub allows us to nurture warm leads while our sales team focuses on hot deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like every feature, there is much more functionality we have yet to unlock.

HubSpot has allowed a single user to market and educate more than 8000 contacts from tradeshows, linked in our website and various lead sources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can have the entire Sales Process in the CTM and all forms being used in the process. User friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like about it.

Benefits - everyone is on the same process and not using their own. We can track all movement and that the process is being used.
