What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use / Sequences / stellar support
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about HS it does the job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapidly being able to send sequences out, endless integrations with other platforms, ease of use and easy to understand analytics.

HubSpot Sales Review - HubSpot is Great!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very customizable. There are a lot of good sales tools. What I like most is the ability to create and manage email sequences that allow me to target a large group of contacts and send multiple emails at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there can be too many options. There is a lot of clicking and keystroking involved when entering new information. It would be nice to be able to clone companies and contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped to solve some of our sales inefficiencies. The benefit of Hubspot included better organization, better time management and increased outreach to leads and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you consider all options when looking for a new CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Syncing hubspot with our current products/email platforms couldn't be easier! We have been able to track emails and have prospects automatically imported and assigned to team members with little to no effort! Automating messaging has also been a HUGE timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enrolling contacts to sequences can be a bit tedious and time consuming, but compared to manually doing email campaigns, it has still been significantly better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach out to more prospects in a trackable and organized way. This has been beneficial in saving time from personnel having to manually track emails or manually send out communication. Automation is key!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate between all the deals I have in my pipeline.

I wish there would be autocorrected on the email box when you type things out.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not the most technical person, yet Hubspot was easy to use, intuitive, and gives me everything I need, from key data that drives my daily activity to the ability to communicate with clients and prospects in ways that makes sense to me and them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. It's a complete crm tool and likely the one I've used more and most effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! Whether it's segmenting prospects, running key reports, or creating campaigns, hubspot has made it easy to manage my day to day tasks, as well as keeping track for my longer term projects and goals
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow the trainings within the tool to get the most out of hubspot. It's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I do not need to be a complete guru of Hubspot in order to understand how to Hubspot. Hubspot is very user-friendly in comparison to other CRMs I have had to use in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complicated it is to add a contact or phone number to a specific person in a company. I also do not like that I cannot see if anyone was a former employee or manager at a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to see many benefits of using Hubspot. I am able to see what tasks are at hand for the day, what are for the future, and the notifications being sent to me in real-time when an AE closes a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that a client's information is prepopulated automatically into HubSpot once you send an email. I also love that their information such as size, revenue, address, etc. is also populated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would change. I am really happy with HubSpot and I have used SalesForce as well as Dynamics in my previous positions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to change and update CRM, I use this every day so that's important.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has named connecting profiles "Households" but there's no way to differentiate between all the households. Very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database utilization. The emails about daily tasks is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive and easy to use. The task feature is one of my favorite tools because it automatically creates my daily, prioritized to-do list as I add tasks. It also helps to keep clients from slipping through the cracks or not getting follow-up calls/emails etc. I also like the templates feature because it allows me to be more efficient when sending emails and I can easily make changes so I can have multiple, similar emails for specific clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the templates tool I choose to send it through Gmail because I don't care for how the emails send through Hubspot. I feel like I have more control in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
