What do you like best about the product?
Filters, tags, and snippets! Keeps a person super organized and efficient...
What do you dislike about the product?
We have "out the box "reporting. This should be more robust for small companies, like us. Pinned notes should be many, not one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to adopt this system because the customer support is outstanding. Always a live person (if you want), always professional, and, most importantly, they will find the answer to the problem!

What do you like best about the product?
The distribution of the system. It makes me enjoy my work every day. Especially the dashboard where I can have everything organized. The new design of the forms
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be a section for spam leads, The new design to add numbers or emails. it was easier before the update. The errors Hubspot has recently had that affects my day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call center for a cosmetic plastic surgeon. I talk with people every day and set up appointments. I help them to meet with one of the best surgeons in Orange county

This software is excellent for business.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used several CRMs that were more of a "tracking device" than an actual salesmen's work tool. HubSpot's sequencing saves me several hours a week by reminding me to call and automatically sending out emails for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real dislike is that it lets people within my company open a new client account when I have one made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequencing is second to none when I need to send massive emails out to clients. This allows me to juggle several projects at a time without dropping the ball on any of them!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Send all your emails through HubSpot so you can easily track them.

What do you like best about the product?
I actually find the hubspot calling experience to be quite simple and easy to use, getting from call to call is always fairly simple and straightforward.
I also appreciate the quality of calls in general. Notifications seem to come in wherever you ask them to which is helpful.
Once you get the hang of tasks and how to use them, it's pretty easy to manage your day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the processes and page updating to be lagging behind the speed at which I like to work. e.g. batch emails to new lead lists.
Adding contacts to companies and visa versa could be much more simple.
In a perfect world, grabbing a pile of tasks and putting them in a queue or a day/time would be ideal, but currently, it's slow and manual to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we get large lead lists and it's relatively simple to chop them up and distribute them across several days or even a couple weeks. This has the benefit of creating attainable workflows that don't overwhelm.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time data Email reporting, Call logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minutes restriction for call times, as well as no support for long-distance phone calls for international contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to understand the effectiveness of my messaging strategies while increasing efficiency and maximizing productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd definitely use HubSpot over alternative platforms, this is very easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I live in the deals, we created a new pipeline specific to my role, and it's been great to organize and then be able to pass it along to the reps pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboard/reporting can be difficult or timely to create correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals, as our sales team grows it's been beneficial to have visibility to help out with deals. Being able to integrate email and pandadoc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Pro makes calling and customer follow up so easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn't even come close to matching the web-browser experience. The iPhone app needs some serious TLC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal right now is spreading brand awareness. Hubspot Sales Hub has allowed me to achieve this by doubling my call volume capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a one-stop sales platform. It allows its users to complete a full sales cycle with complete autonomy. Many of us Sales Professionals are choosing to continue to work from home, it's important for other co-works, as well as my VP of Sales, to see what I am doing without having to call a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is that it's not intuitive. You have to be exact when typing, I would love a "did you mean" or "close match"....something like that may be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are changing the way we make contact in some cases. We are using tasks to set time limits for others to build reports. This can pinpoint where we are having issues and where we are hitting the mark.
