Overall a decent system that could use some connectivity improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The task monitor is very valuable and I overall think it helps -- would like to see better record connections
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much room for duplicate accounts and non-intuitive connectivity between records
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CRM system to call back/email back customers. Useful for task monitoring

You get what you put into it. It is overall good way to stay connected with customers

The information it provides. The sales intel it gives you. Email tracking.

I wish reports would be visible automatically inside the customer's accounts.

Gathering intel for sales and the benefit it provides to close deals.

The ease of creating custom fields and a library of reports waiting to be edited to suit my team's needs

wish there was more layout opportunities on a record and ability to make dependent fields required

getting all data into one place is a big efficiency gain and better transparency for the business
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not as sophisticated as Salesforce.com but it's more cost-effective, easier to setup and use

Templates: make it easy to create & personalize email templates across the entire org (especially with the Gmail extension).
Meetings: can create custom & group meeting invites with cancel and reschedule links built in!
Documents: can easily share documents & briefings with clients and track their opens.

Honestly? Can't really think of anything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling sales & marketing knowledge. With Sales Hub, we can easily create all the documentation and processes we need to scale our team without having to handhold new hires.

Great Hubspot Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I truthfully have really enjoyed the very quick response time from support at basically all times. They have always been cordial with their assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big fan of the the process of adding new features. Oftentimes the idea is put on the community forum and people have to vote if they like them. It just seems to lead to a long time for the new ideas to actually be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot. It helps us a lot with lead distribution and acquisition. It helps us maintain constant contact with our agents, and it allows us to get contracted agents organically through the use of forms.
Using Templates for One to One Emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can create from scratch, or from an email I have already written, a template that I can then use with my Google Mail for One on One communications
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found no downsides, but I have found it difficult for me to find the time to best use all the components of Sales Hub
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better able to manage our sales and outreach communications and the process for closing business.
Hubspot makes its very easy for me to organize and access my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast I can sort my clients out into different categories. This makes things much easier when I have sessions of intense dialing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside can be integrations. This is not necessarily HubSpot's fault, but I notice a lot of bugs at times when integrating from one platform to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can tremendously increase my sales using this platform. Very easy to use and helps when getting down to business.
HubSpot is a life saver!

The ability to set sequences, build templates, assign tasks and the collaborative abilities inside the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot turn on and off some of the required fields in certain parts of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized, maximizing my communications and reach with customers and finding other areas and tools we can leverage to help us with our marketing and sales.
Very Useful Product
What do you like best about the product?
We have had great success in creating meaningful content through the workflows. I also love the meeting feature. It allows our customers to take control of the experience with our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very happy with the product. We use it for education and deals are not quite set up for sibling families. I think some improvements could be made in how deals are created across industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to highly tailor and personalize our communications, which makes our customers feel we know them. They are much more likely to take the next step with us.
