Integrated Sales Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The tasks features and sequencing allows you to stay organized and focused on what to do next to keep pushing forward
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially just figuring out the workflows, but once you get a handle it's powerful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting organization and those that have engaged with the materials
Awesome to organize by cluster your target leads and label each phase of the customer journey.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capability of updating leads and adding notes to keep track of how the conversations are developing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I would like more options of reminders and alarms for specific scheduled tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my pipeline to call leads. I am more efficient in my time management.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows our team to strategically launch marketing campaigns (easily) and allows for a central platform for team members to update accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could include more of the desktop options, but overall its sufficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launching Marketing Campaigns. We are seeing positive traction from reaching out to leads, and "touching" them in a professional manner
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is much more user friendly than other CRM platforms that we have used. We can access critical opportunities quicker, as well as a sales snapshot of where our team is going

Not having the beefy paid version for more marketing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing prospecting calls and emailing campaigns. Benefits are huge for our start up!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it to it's full capacity. Prospect management is huge and will pay off.
Hubspot makes me look like a sales guru!!

Ease of use, integrations email notification setup. Tasks keep me on point. Templates and Snippets and Meetings oh my!

I wish it would play better with Sales Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continued engagement with those that are not ready to talk, so they don't get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to operate and train for new associates who are computer literate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the language is so different than our organization we have to revamp our program which has been an ongoing challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to get the Vonage Phone System to connect with the call log
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would all in all recommend Hubspot for a sales CRM and look forward to them fixing the ongoing connectivity issue with Vonage
So far so good. Easy to organize future follow up tasks.

Task reminders so I don't forget to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Company lists filters get reset if I leave the page.

I avoid calling people too often because I can set the reminder for the appropriate date.

I most appreciate the diversity of tools to enact our sales strategies.

Integration with GMail still inconsistent.

Client Development and Stewardship. As transitions in the team of occurred, tracking information on prospects has allowed for consistent sales approach.
Intuitive, Visually Pleasing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is easy to use. I used Salesforce before, which was not as intuitive and visually pleasing. The layout makes sense, and it helps me stay on top of my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit glitchy at times. Sometimes as I write meeting notes or emails, they disappear mid-typing. I also wish it integrated with LinkedIn to automatically import the URL and profile picture for contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my notes and research about a company or contact are located in Hubspot. I love the activity and how I can see website visits, deals made, emails sent and received all in one place. Also, it is easy to create lists with contacts based on fields.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about HubSpot sales is how easy it is to use the program. I had no prior experience using the platform but had no issues in understanding it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, after using the platform for a while, I can't find anything that I dislike. It's been great for my team so far. I hope they continue to add things that can make the experience even better than it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to automatize the sales process for a new product within our B2B division. It's easier for us to follow up with clients and know in what stage of the sales process they are. We are also able to quickly send emails to all our prospects.

Take 10-min to overlook all the great functionalities this software has.
