User friendly and robust

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline management. I love being able to see all my deals in one place and navigate my day based on deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow and buggy at times. Search bar often returns random suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see all the history of each deal and each customer in one place. I am able to stay on track with tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with third-party apps, namely Lusha and Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when I use Zoom Phone and end a call or hang up, HubSpot does not automatically complete my task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me to become a more organized and successful salesperson. Without this CRM, I would not be able to keep any of my outreach straight. HubSpot is essential for my job functions.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the functionality and how easy it is to navigate through the system. I also really like the integration it allows you to have with other apps, this makes track and organization very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the frequent disruptions the system sometimes has randomly and I'm stuck having to wait on the problem to get fixed so I can get back to tracking and doing what I was doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem Hubspot helps me solve is organization and keeping all of my contacts from getting lost or mixed up with others. This makes it super easy to track every conversation that I have with someone so that I can go back later and refer back to my notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure and use the training assistance they offer you, it does help when you want to dive deeper into learning more of what you can do.

Great App for Information!

What do you like best about the product?
The app provides a good place for a company to store information in a convenient, user-friendly spot. Writing notes and keeping track of tasks is also easy and conveinient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is absolutely terrible, the UI is a mess and it takes too long to do anything viable on it compared to the desktop app. Recommend a rehaul of the mobile application if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of everything I write down on paper throughout the day, it enables me to be more organized and productive throughout the work week. Highly recommend it for your business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that all the features I might need for outreach are included in HubSpot. No more switching between excel, notes, paper, phone, email, etc. Everything I need to communicate and do my job are included
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot program has some glaring glitches. At least once a week, the Twilio calling integration fails, which leaves me unable to place calls until its back up (usually within 20 minutes), and the servers for HubSpot have crashed a few times. While these are only temporary, time is money in business and wasted time is wasted money. The assigning of contacts also glitches occasionally and reassigns contacts in someone else's sequence/task list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold outreach and inbound sales without having to use multiple different products is the huge differentiator. SalesForce unfortunately had this issue where I couldnt get everything done in the same product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's certainly the most all-encompassing CRM that I've used to date, the benefits definitely outweigh the negatives

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and how well it integrates with our other software!
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use a few features that make our workflow a bit more complicated (nothing major, but it would be nice to have it integrated)

Managing our sales and leads and integrating with our software; an all-in-one solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of prospects booking a meeting with me. I never have an issue being double booked, rescheduling etc. The ease of use for me is high!

I'd compare it to Calendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot in general doesn't integrate well with many tools my organization uses. I think increasing integration tools would create an optimal user experience for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cut down on the length of time I spend setting meetings and this speeds up the overall sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Make my day easy to organize and very productive. Love the integration with Google calendar, it helpme in these 2 years working with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
In 2 years I see the system down 2 times, but they solved the problem in no time. Don't have anything i dislike. Congrats Hubspot team.

Organizing and doing a great contact with my clients through e-mails, meetings and sales pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how much information I'm able to share with my team within hubspot, and how easy it is to access everything from multiple areas (ie deals, customer profiles, etc). I also like how many integrations are readily available, either for free or as part of our team's subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my only issue is just needing to rely on integrations to do things that would be helpful if they were automatically included in Hubspot (not necessarily a bad thing, but would simply make things easier to have it conveniently located and easily accessible within Hubspot itself).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only do we use hubspot as it's intended to track customers, but we also use it for our Talent Acquisition needs to keep track of candidates and timelines for interviews, move their 'deals' through the pipelines, and keeping each other notified. It allows our team to be more coordinated in our hiring efforts and solve problems outside of what we may see individually.
