User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is super user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good program to remind you what you need to do by using the tasks. I find those super beneficial.
Good correspondence with prospects
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send out a significant amount of emails at once and control when the next responses are sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not send an automated response to prospects who open emails and/or attachments when they open the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to be able to schedule out going emails and get a response when my email and/or attachments have been opened.

What do you like best about the product?
Task automation helps keep things process driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add different properties to task assignments.

All the tools are there just takes some MacGyvering.
A good alternative to other Sales automation platforms, but with a few quirks.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple automation from HubSpot data to Sales sequences which then feeds into Salesforce. Overall it serves as a good alternative to other platforms like Outreach, but check the features to make sure it fits your requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to maintain capacity, we wanted to utilize throttling which in the way that we used it in Outreach was not an option in HubSpot. We opted to shift some processes to meet this need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation, speed to communication, seamless data flow for the Sales team, and keeping information smoothly into Salesforce. We wanted quick responses triggered by actions and this met that need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confirm your requirements before making the move. It's not a simple one to one switch from other platforms. In some ways much better, in some ways there are limitations.
Great CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integrates with your Outlook and Ring Central seemlessly. It's nice to make phone calls and send emails from 1 software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to refresh the page quite a bit. I am not sure if this is Hubspot related or Chrome related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking my deal progess and the cadence of my contacts with prospects. It's easy to keep track of all of these developments.
Best Tool For Keeping Me On Task
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can make reminders to myself for everything in my organization in one place. Hubspot Sales has kept me motivated and on target for months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the times for tasks are always 8 am. I usually find myself making tasks for callbacks and think it would be good if it was at the same time I made the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is being a disogranized chaotic sales person. Hubspot makes all of these effortless. The productivity of myself and organization has grown exponentially since implementation.

Calling directly through HubSpot is very convenient and easy

The organization is very scattered. It's hard to see which notes are where. And unnecessary things clog up the screen.

I am solving issues within my customer base in terms of using it to close sales.

The only dislike I have has to do with the autocomplete with emails

Tracking emails and contacts across companies is much easier in HubSpot than it is in any other CRM I've ever used

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilites to have constant tasks and to have a constant work flow setup. When you don't want to work a task anymore you can mark it complete. If you need to continue, you can create another on the same page. You're able to send emails effortlessly through the features HS provides with auto filling contacts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Hubspot. Everything is right there for you. The only thing I can say is that there is a learning curve when getting used to the CRM.

I'm able to solve the problem of remembering 100 different things. With Hubspot everything can be noted in one seamless place. I would recommend it to anyone. Great tool
