What do you like best about the product?
Ease of finding properties by address and finding people and contact information as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information should be more centrally located for individuals everywhere that it is listed

Keeping a good records of notes on communications which has made the sales process easier

Tracking contacts, discussions, and meeting notes. We also started using the workflows and sequences for marketing purposes

Very effective for making/closing deals

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate among other team members in my organization, not just fellow salespeople. It is great for keeping records for sales and service. I haven't used a lot of other CRMS but it is light years ahead of one our company previously had invested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app is strong but occasionally has integration issues, and it can be tough to find certain products. There are a ton of settings that need to be updated. I wish it was more turn-key. Unfortunately, I find the companion mobile app to be disappointing. When I close deals, I always need to use the desktop site as the mobile app does not make it easy to complete forms and find contacts that need to be included in our transition from prospect to customer. Everyone in my organization agrees that the mobile app experience needs a lot of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much easier for me to schedule tasks and follow up with potential buyers. Email templates and snippets are a game changer for me. I'd say I've saved 4-6 hours a week of preparation and scheduling since we added Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub dashboards show very relevant info with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly cannot think of any dislikes. I've used other systems and this is much more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively prospecting and keeping my daily tasks organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. You're going to find it very powerful and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about the HubSpot sales hub is The ability to filter the contacts by anything that you would like to filter them by. I use this feature all the time and it helps me with my sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one complaint I would have about the HubSpot sales hub is I would like the ability to have more control over what I do with my deal page. This is a minor nitpick though as it's pretty good already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm having a problem being efficient with the tasks page, I find it easier to Call contacts in the order that they were quoted, there are also great analytical tools for sales numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Bad things aside, I genuinely love this product. It is such a powerful tool that can do so much. I could write about everything it does and can do, but I don't think there is enough space here. So in short... I highly recommend HubSpot.

Communications - Chat, Emails, Tracking, Snippets, Templates, etc. These tools keep our team connected to the clients and make our team more connected to each other at the same time.
Automation - Sequences, Workflows, Meetings, etc.
Customizations - Deals, Contacts, Reports, etc. Being able to Co-Create these helps tremendously!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface to be a bit unorganized and sometimes the information added about projects looks clogged which sometimes makes it difficult to access specific information.
Sometimes we have to deal with different currencies because we have clients all over the world but the exchange rate tool is not always accurate, causing us to slow down our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce time to market
Improve business process agility
Enhance decision making
Drive revenue growth
Drive innovation
Create internal/operational efficiencies

What do you like best about the product?
Because the user interface is modern and friendly to use. Also loving the tracked notifications

The ability not to filter business based on industry type and the slow update of company info EG: Company email addresses

Tracking productivity and making sure that my deal sheet as a salesperson is updated. Also a great way to store information that would be accessible at any moment
