I recommend Hubspot to all of my clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations with the other software I use
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes 20 minutes for information to update from one app to Hubspot through Zapier

Being able to market to my network with Social posts in calendar

What do you like best about the product?
When you synchronize Hubspot with google and slack, you truly see the power of the tools. It saves me time for reports for sales and marketing analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any online system .. hey sometimes there are some bugs ... but it happens to the best .. so it's all forgiven.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I can follow our forecast, and create dashboards to keep an eye on our KPIs. As per communicating with clients, we have created templates that help us to be efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a hand-on system that is both efficient and easy to use and (tweak) go no further ... you have it with hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated sequences using customized templates has been the most helpful in our outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequences management section is not intuitive. Templates organization could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales Hub is allowing us to automate our outreach, build custom email campaigns, and monitor and track prospects that are engaging with our emails. It has helped us increase outbound sales.

HubSpot Sales Hub is a great tool to automate your sales outreach, engage with a larger audience and keep track of your outbound activities.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly, easy to utilize all tools withing but most importantly, easy to establish an efficient workflow for all the reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things like not having an automated deal to contact the association, app integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize HubSpot for rental properties and so we are solving outbound cold calling and have found a lot of benefits to automated workflow.

Simple to understand, with lots of resources to help with education.

I would like to see more outbound sales integrations.

Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can find your customers pretty easily, the layout of hubspot, the ability to build folders for your employees or management and the overall look. I definitely recommend it for growing businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the glitches it experiences when looking up customers. Sometimes when you type in their name it does not come up and you will have to play the process of elimination to find the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found a few ways to overcome the HubSpot errors especially with finding contacts I found entering their emails helpful, last name and address have helped with that issue.

I would say getting email updates would be greatly appreciated when the system ismaking changes

I do not have anything that I dislike about HubSpot.

We use Hubspot to send multiple emails to our families at school. It is a very easy tool to use.
Finally a CRM that I can rely on
What do you like best about the product?
Simplistic UI. Simplifying lead management via reporting function offered on HubSpot Dashboard. One click and I have an understanding of what my day will look like
What do you dislike about the product?
With any SaaS solution, there will be technical issues one will face with long-term usage. It appears HubSpot is various functions down at times. Missing call logs, call function, task reminders not always available due to technical errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead organization. Allowing me to have a detailed understanding of my sales funnel and prioritize leads from the top down. I am in absolute love with the task reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all of my contacts and tasks organized by Hubspot. The templates are such huge time savers. I can easily track my actions by customer, and my tasks automatically pop up on my schedule so a client never falls through the cracks of my busy day. I love how organized this program allows me to be. The chat feature is also very good with built in snippets that save so much time and allows for quick response time to clients needing assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble easily sorting and KEEPING the sort. For example, if I want to find all of the companies and contacts in one state, then go back and forth from templates to those sorted contacts, the program reverts back to all instead of allowing me to easily work on one state. Very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates save so much time. I use to spend hours creating emails and adding attachments or links; but HubSpot allows me to email hundreds of clients a day and still infuse a personal touch. Being able to schedule when the email will be delivered is a huge plus, as well as having the ability to easily schedule a follow-up task keeps me on track like no other platform I've used.

Great platform to stay engaged with clients and prospects. A+ customer service. I recommend it!
