HubSpot has really helped automate our process, so we can focus on engaging with our customers!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation has really allowed us to cut down on our time wasted doing back end administrative tasks. It has given us more time to really connect with those we're reaching!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization is very people-focused, and HubSpot is definitely more geared towards mass marketing and customer service. A lot of it still works very well for us, but there are definitely some features lacking that would make it more peopleioriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Truly the biggest problem we have solved is automation and integration. Our old system had almost no automation and could not integrate with other apps, and we didn't even realize how much time that was costing us until it was no longer a barrier!

I like the user interface and ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
The outlook add-in doesn't track emails for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all incoming leads. Used to spend to much time on bad leads

Use the forecast tool and the Kanban view

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about hubspot is the ease of use. A mojority of important information can all be found on one screen and notes and comments dont disappear.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothign that can't be fixed down the road. Such as requesting functions and features that are more advanced to improve quality of life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be held for accountability. I am able to track who I meet with and follow up with more clearly and efficiently.

Email tracking and workflows allow constant interaction with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to navigate and track ongoing sales responsibilities. I can easily identify the right people I need to reach out to and ensure that I'm following up at the appropriate times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much frustrates me about HubSpot. The only things I don't have access to are still available in HubSpot via a more feature-rich subscription which we just have not signed up for yet

Tracking leads, identifying opportunities, storing information and data on prospects to allow our team to better segment the market and identify trends, building campaigns around specific data points

What do you like best about the product?
Organization, synchronization, awesome. There are some great features like sequences, templates, and snippets that save tons of time. Hands down more rich experience compared to other crms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to selecting 50 contacts at a time for sequence, limit 5 action sequence. The product would be so much better with these little changes! Other than that I love it.

Sales automation is awesome. I'm constantly saving time with templates and snippets. Go hubspot team! I am so much more productive. Business performance has increased.

It's mostly great, there is some room for improvement but it is mostly great

It's very pleasing to the eye. Very easy to find the information you're looking for

It's a lot of buttons to click once you get off a call.

The tool is very easy to use. The support team has been helpful with helping us set up sequences and answering any questions we have.

SalesForce Integration can use some improvement

Sales agents take too long to send out emails manually. This frees up a lot of time for our teams to prospect.

some dumb programming things; like when you go to Templates is doesn't set-focus to writing in the name of the template you seek - so you need to do an extra click
