Hubspot is very easy to use. When I have ever had any questions, they respond to my chats SO quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Email sequencing is my very favorite thing
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only view up to 100 of your contacts at a time in a certain view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach so many people at one time with email sequencing and not having to remember to send the next email ourselves

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and get started but easy customize
What do you dislike about the product?
Professional services to get initial setup is super expensive and agencies many times don't have niche understanding of orgs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the top sources for revenue, reasons deals are lost at which stage of the conversation and kicked off our revenue operations
One of the most important tools for companies with sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales person, I know I am staying on top of every deal, every contact, and every conversation. Everything I do in my email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and more can be tracked within the system. As one of the most popular CRM tools, every other product I use is compatible with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be fairly buggy. You could be rolling through tasks and now one of their extensions doesn't work. Sometimes it loads very slowly. They have a great support team though, so if you're having problems you can always reach out. The downside is that you're probably not going to reach out every time it acts up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, I'm never falling behind on deals because everything I do is tracked in the software and I set tasks for myself to follow up. Prospecting is easy because I find the data using a third party software, upload it directly to HubSpot, set a sequence, and like clockwork I'm reaching out consistently to that contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how updates are made and we are not always told about the update until after the fact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot does a great job of allowing us to keep track of leads and ensure we do not miss out on any opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use- display format - i find the side tabs very easy to use and provide information
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of clicks to get to "my deals" - i can appreciate that I can see other team members deals but i would like to be able to click into it faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy followup - shows me last contact with clients - the banner display makes it easy to prioritize clients

Hubspot is very useful to keep track of tasks & to-dos, and also categorize your contacts based on certain criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike getting emails for each and every task that needs to be completed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the problem of staying on track of my leads and also making sure to not reach out to the same contacts as my other team members
Extremely versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very efficient and user friendly. The sequences configuration and integration with Gmail make my life a lot easier. Hubspot University is a great source of content and knowledge as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is a bit slow and takes a while to load. Reports also have some limitations, but we see constant improvements. It should be possible to enroll a contact in a sequence from within the contact's page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using sequences to increase outbound volume while still maintaining a certain level of personalization. The tasks queues are also an excellent form of organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot allows for rich integration between business applications. Its intuitive layout and pretty interface make it an obvious choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality I would've expected to be available is missing - Such as; multiple columns in the note user-defined field, Pinning more than one item to the top of the contact/company record, ability to pin "Form fills".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach a far wider audience than with other CRM I've used. The integration with our other applications Is making the experience feel seamless

i think the most helpful is the layout and i like that if you reach out to support they respond within 24 hours

maybe a few more options for advertising but i don't really feel is lacking

we are getting our numbers up for leads and customers with Hubspot sales
It’s ok as a crm
What do you like best about the product?
Clean look and layout. Has really good data export capabilities and integrates with most L3P software. We use it predominantly as a crm for our sales team. Great visuals for charts
What do you dislike about the product?
A little clunky and lacks some personalization features that would add benefit. The sidekick app is a nice touch but super limited. Also the tracking software really doesn't track cold outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our pipeline and forecast. Features make displaying and setting dashboards very easy and helpful. Has a really great resource library that has provided a lot of insight.
