Great free CRM for small and early stage businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM gives you a ton of valuable functionality for free. For a business with very simple needs, minimal budget, and/or limited resources/expertise to implement and manage a CRM, Hubspot is an excellent choice. It provides all the standard CRM functionality you'd find in other CRMs such as account, contact, and opportunity management, activity tracking, simple reports, and much more. There are a number of paid add-ons to support the developing business needs as you grow. Very quick and easy to setup and see the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is far behind Salesforce in just about every category (except ease of use and costs). Hubspot lacks the customization many businesses need to get the most out of a CRM, there is no "leads" functionality, weak data governance functionality, somewhat limited integration options may rule out or reduce the use of other tools, rigid standard field requirements, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account, contact, and opportunity management, calendar management/meeting scheduling, and activity tracking on a limited budget. Also, very quick and easy to implement, especially helpful for those without experienced resources available.
Hubspot has security issues, avoid the email integration!!
What do you like best about the product?
The sales pipeline function was pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email integration is terrible! A hacking group found a back door method through Hubspot to get into our servers. Fortunately, we found the issue before there was major damage but no thanks to Hubspot. This is why I would NEVER recommend using the email integration with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a pipeline management tool and the free version was good enough.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Avoid if possible. There are much better apps out there that have a similar functionality.
Strong solution and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly adding features that I am actually looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. With these solutions it is all about setting things up correctly. There are a few big companies they don't integrate with yet like Outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of our funnel and forecasting. the reporting is very easy to set up and the dashboards give me the view I need and they are very customizable
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be pricey but they have a lot of tools and you get what you pay for. There is also a lot of training available, make good use of it.
Pipelines made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow and sequence options the best because it makes my job easier with automation. Also really enjoy the deal feature to allow me to have a clean pipeline at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are faulty at times and I tend to experience technical difficulties quite a bit. Overall I don't have anything bad to say other than there could be MORE

everything can be centralized and data is easier to sort once put into Hubspot. The benefit of this is I can gather reports at any time to give me, real-time data at my finger tips

This CRM is fantastic! I am able to automate a lot of my tasks and make every day work a little easier with the help of HubSpot!
Some good, some bad
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the email tracking. I like that it pings my phone as well as gives me a pop-up notification when a client is looking at an email or clicks through to a link I sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the views are pretty clunky. For example, when I'm looking at a Customer that is linked to a Company, I can't see any of the company information like email or phone number without opening up a separate "preview" window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found some of the reporting tools to be useful. The addition of web tracking is an upgrade over our previous CRM. The only short coming of the web tracking software is that it requires the visitor to Accept Cookies before it will track any of their information.

Its a great tool for managing sales outreach, keeping the team engaged, and executing various sales and marketing campaigns.

Small things, but nothing major that changes my opinion

Reach out to an expert and get help building reports.
Easy to use and extremely robust, some limits to customization for non-traditional use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to use, pretty robust and customizable, mainstream enough to sync with most other platforms, and Hubspot provides myriad learning opportunities to help you better optimize the platform. It's extremely user-friendly and having used Zendesk Sell and Salesforce in the past, Hubspot certainly takes the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company utilizes hubspot in a nontraditional way, and some of the workflows have limitations to the parameters and enrollment criteria that requires us to use a third party platform, which is out of my purview and easy to mess up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of all our customers, and is an effective outreach platform for email, marketing, forms, etc. Really everything can stem from Hubspot, even our mass texting and outreach is set up (nontraditionally) through workflows. I love having all those things in one place as a growing company.
Tool that will save you time.
What do you like best about the product?
The usefulness of the system makes it good, and great !!
What do you dislike about the product?
No having filter that can be separated from specific deals that is close to the ones open.

having track of the soon-to-be prospects from the ones that I have made contact with.
Hubspot as a Sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use, the learning curve is not as steep as say Salesforce.

Too few integrations. Namely, the lack of integration with Microsoft Teams can make it difficult to directly schedule a meeting, often necessitating extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm generating revenue; as a sales tool, it does exactly what it is intended to do.
An excellent CRM to manage your leads and build sales pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
The deals dashboard is very slick and neat which will help you to keep track of your ongoing deals. The views of the deals dashboard can also be customized according to your preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though pipelines are an excellent tool for salespeople, the exact purpose/function of these two pipelines could've been explained better through interactive walkthroughs and tutorials, so that they could make the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I'm solving is that i can always manage my leads and keep a track of them, The properties that the dashboard provides are very easy to define the lead which also helps you told filter out leads accordingly and set stages for it.
