What do you like best about the product?
The osm and best part of this software is, very cheaper in price most affordable, easy to use and easy to scalability.

Lead tracking is limited andI some times lagging in workflow automatically

What do you like best about the product?
I have involved in this item for more than a year and even had the paid variant. It is great to realize that an occupant opened a late notification, a property holder opened a maintenance demand, or a merchant accepted my administration demand! Companion has been an exceptionally accommodating device in my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no elements that I despise right now. I wish we been able to html alter the formats in companion however generally speaking I am content with the help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see where my clients are locked in or where they might not have an enormous interest, permitting me to all the more likely focus on. Mindfulness they got and opened my effort note.
Best Sales platform for Mid size and Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and Sync with Hubspot MA. It is quite easy to manage integration with MAP and Sales Hub, while managing integration with other CRM is requires a particular person and a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing based on Data, being Sales Hub billing should not be based on a number of contacts as compared to CRM. There should be a separate database management system for both Marketing and Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our complete BDR team relies on Hubspot to manage their campaign, no other platform.

There is a feature in the sale by which we can check if the client has seen the mail or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the most about this product because it's straightforward to understand by my team. We don't have to arranf=ge an extra knowledge transfer session to make them understand the product. It gives a single view of all the activities my team is doing. Reports are pretty extensive. The team can create email sequences. Very easily track the performance of their campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports regarding opens have some glitches, like it counts the opens if we open the mail from our sent box. Rest everything about this tolls works smoothly.

1. Integrates with LinkedIn, email, calling software, and other tools that we use, a singular platform to do all of our reach out activities

Simple to use. Ability to collaborate as a team by marking notes for each other and then working on the respective lead.

It would be better if they can improve a bit on their UI

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful for organizing and keeping track of multiple deals that are in different stages. I love that my whole team has a clear view of where each project stands

At this moment, I cannot think of something that I dislike about this feature of Hubspot. It has been really helpful for keeping my various deals on track. I enjoy the various integrations

I am solving the issue of not knowing the status of a certain project. I have realized that this is a great place to dump information for contacts that have reached out to me or ones that I need to follow up with at a later date

Hubspot has a beautiful synchronicity between marketing and sales funnels in order for us to successfully run our business in what we call our "Single source of truth"
What do you dislike about the product?
In the last 2 years, Hubspot has become notoriously "Gated" in what feels like they're putting features behind paywalls. Some features you can't access, some features have sub features you can't access. Our company already pays nearly $30,000/yr, and I feel like I can't access 30% of Hubspot.
Truthfully, this company has gotten too greedy.. They went from being a great alternative for SMBs to pricing them out pretty quickly.

We are maintaining a coordinated approach on working with prospects across our various funnels. The platform provides us with the information we need, along with a ton of additional data insights.
