What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is our top priority for two reasons: it has an incredibly comprehensive free edition that outshines to know our business and you can use it across your, sales, and customer service teams. It's an excellent option for just about every company  .
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a system that helps you make good relationships with customers, managers, leads, users, and even prospects.The activities in which your business is engaging and tracking can easily be stored and evaluated with the help of the HubSpot CRM tool.Use HubSpot CRM as it a central place where you can easily store the data and make the information live.Objects, Records, and Properties are the three main components of HubSpot CRM. These properties will help you in organizing your business data and personalize the experiences.It also includes deals and pipelines, which will help you improve your sales process and generate more leads.can easily manage the organizational data and build a better relationship with the customers.As we all know, sales are the essence of every enterprise as it helps to call customers to avail of the offered services. There is nothing to dislike the product because I have enjoyed the most using the app out of all once I have attached myself to something, there is nothing to look back and dislike because it as given me more than required its the besttttt

What do you like best about the product?
The Most part I liked is its very easy to create dashboards

if any duplicates is updated we are not able to find that duplicate once

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and get insights immediately that can help drive business outcomes.
The sales tasks, feedback surveys and customised reports and dashboards are helpful to manage our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to purchase additional licenses to access key functionality.
The workflows and automations can be clunky.
Ability to create and assign tasks is bulk is limited to 100 tasks, which is not good for larger organisations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding customer voice through feedback surveys and notes.
Managing customer interactions
Managing customer requests via phone and email
This has led to better business performance

What do you like best about the product?
How we can see panels and different KPIs in a few easy steps
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it needs development on the integration with other apps such as Apollo. Also note taking should have a pop up window independent from the app so it is easier when we have meetings with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales team review and keep KPIs on track.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about HubSpot is the dashboard capabilities and the ability to integrate it with other platforms. It's a helpful tool for our company in both Marketing and Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the search function - it is slow and difficult to use. Sometimes I will be looking for a location, (ex. West High School) and it will grab key words and provide unhelpful results (ex. things that contain the word "school").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on managing our customers' orders through the HubSpot tool. We've really appreciated the way it centralizes all processes and all different types of sales we have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool that has significantly improved many different areas of our business and made information much more accessible to everyone in the company.

HubSpot's ease of use - super simple to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits in place for sending email sequences. No reason to hinder productivity here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top of the pipeline growth and deal process stability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best bang for your buck and the platform is not short on capavulities. 10/10 recommend and I have used several new generation CRM tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot and its crew are always willing to go above and beyond. The tools are fantastic and provide you a lot of flexibility to tailor them to your specific requirements; I learn something new every day, the support crew is fantastic, and there is a wealth of documentation to refer to at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the proposals to improve some properties to be handled faster, taking into account the need of the users, although they are always at the forefront of everything, I know it takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with my sales team reporting and it has been amazing what I can do with Hubspot to give my team visibility and decision making. There are some integrations with PowerBI for example that have changed my life. I love Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The tool in general is very easy to understand - user friendly. I was new to workflows but immediately got the hang of it after a few attempts. The multi source reporting is a great addition too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Delays. Too much delays in the workflows and multi source reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and data analytics. You can basically capture everything as long as you have a good understanding on properties and workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use. If in doubt, their knowledge base is rich or simply call support. They are outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
The sheer simplicity of the tool, and the ability to do almost anything in the shortest time frame, Sky is the limit

We have been able to streamline all of our Customer Success Processes with the help of HubSpot, and using automation has been a life saver.
