Great
What do you like best about the product?
It organizes my work alot. I like the sequence feature because I don't need to write my emails all over again every single time. I also love when I track what ny customers do like click on my calendar link or on my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when I search in my tasks for an associated name, and it doesn't show. Once I wrote the company name it shows, and sometimes it is vice versa. Another thing I don't like is that when I connect my Hubspot to gmail, and send an email from there, it directly sends me a notification telling me that the user saw my email, while in fact it is me and not the receipient. In addition, sometimes Hubspot doesn't track the email correctly whereby alot of my clients answer my emails, and I would be amazed that it doesn't show that they even opened the email. Another thing I don't like is that for every single email I need to send (and I send over 50 per day) I need to write a legal reason for me to send it. When I create a followup task it creates the task automatically at 8AM same day even if My timing is 10 AM, why would I do a followup for a time before? I also have a comment regarding working days. I work on sundays becuase I work with clients in the Arab region, so when I do a task after 2 working days lets say, it skips sundays. I should be able to assign my working days in Hubspot.

Husbpot helps me to work and review my daily opportunities in a very intuitive way!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a tool that provide the users with type of views you want/need, so when you are working with your deals, you have the report/view only with the information you need, without affecting someone else´s in the team that prefers other types of view
What do you dislike about the product?
When the platform has some kind of intermittence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all of my prospect's relevant information in order to help me and my team to close the deals
No more slipping through the cracks!

I LOVE that hubspot helps us stay accountable to the task or customer and sees it follow through!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I don't already know all the amazing things hubspot can do! I love learning more every day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less customer requests falling through the cracks. This helps us assign who is in charge of what and get rid of that grey are where mistakes are made!

A MUST FOR ANYONE IN SALES
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create a new sequence, workflows, templates, and tasks. Everything is very intuitive! I use this everyday with Zoominfo and Linkedin seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike. After using Salesforce, SharpSpring, and more basic tools, nothing is really like Hubspot when you are in and out of it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot Sales hub to manage inbound and outbound leads of our platform. It makes it very easy to automate outreach and create tasks for when they need a more personalized touch.

The integration of the tools are very useful

The time it takes at times to load or save the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy in filtering the leads and more accurate data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's so far the best I have used, been in the Ed-tech industry for long enough and used multiple CRMs including Salesforce, but this is very user-friendly.
Hubspot Sales Sequences Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since I started using the sequences tool my sales have increased by 50%! It really helps me to stay organized and gives me tasks to complete each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything about the sequences tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am seeing benefits with customers who have a really busy schedule or who are hesitant at first. I am able to keep in contact and remind them about our service .
New to the tool - great ease to jump in
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the safety net of not being able to add someone to a sequence when they are already enrolled. It saves the double upping on emails to our community
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way that you could add notes to one of the sort features - like if you could add a tag or even a hashtag to make them come up as a sortable/searchable feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My community is spread across a large space geographically, HS helps me to keep track of folks no matter where they are located
Best way to reach out to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Email sequences is one of my favorite tools that HubSpot offers, The ability to reach out to multiple leads and connect with them is so far the best. I feel that after me having access to it, my reach expanded and I was able to book many more calls with prospects. Thank you for what you do!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the search bar to let us search for more things other than what we currently have. Hopefully, that's something that can be worked on in the nearest future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, and provide access to many companies as a great CRM. I couldn't see my self with out it, and the dashboards are a plus to keep leads update everyday!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me organize my priorities. I can plan my day and see what needs to be handled. I can easily see where my deals stand, look at communication, etc. It makes my life easier.

I wouldn't change a thing. I love using it.

It helps with my organization. I have always used my own system, and this is cleaner and easier to use. I am more productive. I love checking my activity.
