A comprehensive sales & marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple facets to this tool that make it easy to work with, from calendar booking to email tracking and meeting recording. Everything is in one place and it works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many features, sometimes data can be saved in nonsensical places. For example, if you create a deal on a company, the company name doesn't automatically transfer over, so you have to set everything from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use the sales hub for sharing my calendar, tracking customer correspondence, and details on how customers are using my application. It centralized what we previously used multiple tools for, saving some money.

What do you like best about the product?
Perhaps the best thing that Hubspot is giving to make it conceivable is to have different lifecycle stages to isolate your work into various classes. Your dashboard is altered with the most important measurements that our client assistance group needs to see, and its undertaking the board framework is actually what we want to keep focused on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can require a long time to completely redo Hubspot however you would prefer. There is some mix, yet it's not as close or as powerful as I'd like for them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatical groupings are very significant. Additionally, Hubspot functions admirably with Appollo. It is a splendid device for the business life cycle that helps increment deals.

in my case when you need to have metrics i think it could be more specific

my deals, the agenda with the tasks are so usefull, the directory and how everything is connected

every now and then it becomes slow.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the contact information and activity is stored in one location. The reports are easy to pull as well. The help center is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot set up different team with the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we had several different spreadsheets capturing information; with HubSpot the data is stored all in one location.
Overall Great With HubSpot, Many Integrations & Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I am a massive fan of HubSpot. It is jam-packed with workflows, automation, email templates, and client details. I also really like that there is a Company Level and a Client Level so that you can see which people belong to which company in the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to click on "Save" every time you update a detail in a company or client record. I also think that the tabs at the top could be more intuitive based on what you need. For example, it is challenging to find the location to change the number associated with Sakari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving our onboarding process entirely with HubSpot. We have reduced the number of days in Onboarding From 45 to 30 for our clients, delivering a significant return on investment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest that you organize your CRM thoroughly before migrating over to HubSpot. It is a fantastic CRM, but for a CRM to work best, it needs to be appropriately managed.

A little expensive and plugin does t work that seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Meetings is absolutely FANTASTIC. It's a total game-changer for us. It saves us so much time and has been well-received by our prospective clients. We also love using HubSpot Deals' integration with Qwilr.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the RingCentral integration and while it has its pluses, there are two things I wish were better. First, when someone calls us via RingCentral, a new contact is added to HubSpot that includes the caller's phone number (that's good), but it also automatically generates an email address from the caller's phone number. So, if the caller's phone number is 123-456-7890, it would automatically add the following email address to their profile: 1234567890@call.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now spend zero time scheduling client meetings. Prospective clients visit our website and book an appointment. So easy! Also, the Qwilr integration is awesome. It allows us to use HubSpot tokens to pull client info from HubSpot and automatically populate it into our Qwilr proposals. It's awesome!

It is straightforward to keep every one of the discussions logged and glance back at old arrangements. This is an extraordinary method for keeping informed with each of your contacts despite having a massive gathering of them. What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of Hubspot's elements have somewhat of an expectation to absorb information before you can utilize them to their maximum capacity. Our group experienced issues getting set up and figuring out how to explore everything in the business center point.

One thing I would change is the alter button on the Deals page. We have seen extra lead streams alongside many channels of security and commitment that the stage empowers.
