What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use assuming your sales team adopts it and understands the value it can bring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some things are limited. The functionality is there but not super flexible. And the reporting tool has it's limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage the pipeline where things can be automated so the marketing team can funnel leads and the sales team can close them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is an ecosystem and if you buy into their customer-centric approach and their inbound methodology, you realize there isn't a better tool out there.
The best software for small to enterprise companies
What do you like best about the product?
It brings in all tools and data together and is easy to use. Also, it has the most powerful CRM platform and keeps us connected with prospects. Its predefined sales template adds more power in connecting with the prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of the software can be little improved. When it goes with highly complicated sales processes, it then feels a bit difficult to adapt Hubspot CRM

It helps in tracking emails, so follow-ups can be done at the right time and help close deals faster. It also has a compelling feature of document management and tracking

The automation feature comes at a very high cost, forcing integration with 3rd party sequencing software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they give you a fair amount of functions in the free version. It give you a chance to really check out the platform. Many other companies give you a door in but not a real possibility to try it on for size.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's often a little complicated you use ,for example the opt in forms and placing then on my website. It says in done, but it's nowhere to be found. This could be simplified. They need to remember, not everyone is a programmer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an excellent tool for email marketing. For the most part, easy to use and potentially a real income booster. It allows me to run a simple news letter to keep contact with my followers.

HubSpot is a good product, I only tried one of its competitors, but HubSpot seem superior so far.

the interface, its not always comfortable navigating the different screens

A Great Tool For Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of email opens and clicks becomes so easy with this tool's help. Our sales Staff can use Hubspot CRM to keep track of all their leads, deals and prospects. Also it gives you very user friendly experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags while transferring data. The Integrations are very limited. There are only a few mass email amrketing templates available. there is a limit to send automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep track of inbound leads and sales. Keeping up with my daily tasks and remaining on touch with clientele I don't see everyday.

Hubspot is an excellent platform for tracking, recording, prospecting and communicating in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The advantages include the scheduling of the meetings, automation of multiple processes, tracking of records that includes emails, calls, notes etc. It also provides a set of reporting dashboards. In this tool, the sequences are very easy to assemble. It helps in the tracking of invalid or spam emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it provides so many features, it can sometimes be slow. Also, the tool is quite complex, and the beginner needs to watch a training video to get started. The tool is more on the expensive side since most of the features are paid, and the user has to upgrade.

The integration of HubSpot Sales Hub with the salesforce has helped us track the relationships. Also, the tracking of emails has helped our teams. It is widely used by our sales teams. It is a brilliant tool to prospects the sales life cycle that helps increase sales.

It's a fantastic product that has multiple features. Also, it can be integrated with other apps as well. It also helps in tracking of customer information and also for tracking emails that other tools don't do.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that I liked about Hubspot Sales Hub is that it matches emails with each deal for tracking of all the information. Also, it allows the calendar link to book the meetings. The dashboard that it provides by default is very simple and helpful. Another advantage is that it integrates with other apps as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that can be improved is that to use any additional features other than the features that they provide then the user has to upgrade or pay more for that feature. Also, the search features need some improvement. Also, the reporting capability needs some additional visualizations. Sometimes it can be slow.

HubSpot Sales Hub is a powerful tool to be used across the sales and marketing teams. We used it to track the emails and for sales purposes. Also, it has helped the organization to track the customers and contact information.
