Perfect tool for the sales team!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is very user friendly and with an easy layout with the different tools that help me to track my sales work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is something missing, maybe I would improve an automatic attach of company and contacts to deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are many. The feature analytics in the sales, allow me to identify what is happening and where we can improve our outreach in our department. It is not easy super easy to use and to understand but give you a very good visual.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of data that I am able to see in one click. I can easily view our most engaged contacts and tailor automated communications to them. I also love how many different ways I can automate different steps in our buying journey
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some features are not available and that it takes so long for an idea to get placed on their roadmap for new features. For example, I am having an issue with sequences I have scheduled out that hit the daily send limit and were automatically unenrolled I have to manually go in and check where every contact last step was and re-enroll them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definetely have a better grip on our customer follow ups with the tasks settings and workflows that we have put in place to capture these hot leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Map out as much of your communications as possible to help automate things that will save you time.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, excellent help support and easy to navigate. I love the great how to videos as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the format of emails sometimes look different when you set up the campaign versus once they are deployed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to not be able to see analytics on our email campaigns. We can now see everything in one spot using HubSpot Sales Hub.

Hubspot Makes Your Sales traceable and manageable

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to manage my pipeline, assign tasks to myself or my team members. I can integrate it with my mailbox by chrome extension and need not keep a track of things separately. As soon as I send the mail, it gets logged and tracked and I can assign a FUP task then and there itself. Also, it has an app which makes it easy to manage things even from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times when I run a marketing campaign and if I get replies, I am not able to see the their replies in the contact's log. Also at times even if the domain is assigned to one sales person, when an inbound comes, it gets reassigned to someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing pipeline and followup becomes really easy. I havent used any other CRM tool earlier and thus it used to be very difficult to keep a track of when to followup with whom. Hubspot has taken all that load off my head and I can focus on my closures. With the hubspot app, I can keep a track of things even through my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you start using the tool extensively, your life becomes easy and you are able to focus more on closing the deals rather than getting stuck in the operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a good user experience to manage deal flows for account management teams. They provide good support when help is needed with configurations and advanced API implementations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive and I don't have to take classes to figure out how to get things done. My time is short enough as it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could do sequences in groups; I know that's something my marketing team can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can focus on moving the ball forward, without dropping the other balls in the air.

You'll never find a better product to get you up and running and actually selling than HubSpot.

Great CRM Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive easy to use platform. Has all the essentials for a sales rep to manage their pipeline. Tasks, notes, email sync, everything. Very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much. I have used other CRMs in the past and I was able to pick this up with no learning curve. Give it a try! If any improvements maybe the search functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Business Development for a tech startup. Hubspot manages my email sequences and calls to new prospects and allows me to manage my entire sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The front-end work with the back-end payoff of the sequences has been very helpful for the automation of outreach (although >1000 / day would be helpful for widespread campaigns).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no specific filters (at least that I could find) that would filter out previously campaigned individuals. This means that I usually have to remember when the campaign ended with everyone who wasn't removed for one reason or another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual nature of any tool besides HubSpot is taxing, especially as the individual that does all of our prospecting in the entire organization for NNLS. HubSpot's automation, specifically with sequencing, changes the game for our weekly prospecting approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for today's Rolodex, look no further.
