Most easy and most convenient platform to reach out with the target client and help each others.
What do you like best about the product?
To create sequences and upload a list to the contacts. Also, it helps to track every email sent after, which notifies.

I am unable to get the sales report every Friday automatically. Also, Sometimes its auto logout from the account.

I am facing a challenge to get the sales report automatically.
Best Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Hubspot sales hub is how easy it is to use. I use many tools every day to develop new business and keep track of current customers, such as the deals and sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I dislike about the Hubspot Sales Hub. However, I wish we could add more than 5 automated emails to a sequence and wish there were more properties to filter lists based on the sequence functionality. (ex: if someone finishes one, add them to this list)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently learning how to navigate Hubspot and organize our companies data efficiently. We can manage and keep track of our contacts, deals, meetings, real-time analytics, and more to see how well we perform in specific categories.

Ease of use , extensive app marketplace to connect the other tools, HubSpot academy

it can get expensive pretty quickly with all the options

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations that HubSpot has with e-mail platforms is phenomenal, it takes so much of the monotony out of logging sales activity and helps create a clean data base that provides truly useful information to inform the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to dislike, I just find myself wanting even more automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at this time, the ability to create sequences and campaigns to improve client outreach is unparalleled, the limitations are usually tied to my e-mail provider.

The sales feature is very easy to customise to the needs of your business and with a decent level of integrations allowing you to streamline opportunity management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terminology as it's called deals rather than opportunity.

Cleaner view of the sales pipeline including forecasting acccurarely across the year. One true voice for all opportunities and the ability to report through dashboards to give the sales team and wider business the views needed.

Sometimes contacts are hard to find or good deals get lost when you don't assign proper tasks.

Problems I am solving are always making sure everyone I am in contact with is never forgotten and I'm constantly in front of potential customers

My favourite features is the customizable reports & Dashboard. It helps you deep dive into productivity, performance & areas for improvement!
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, tickets won't generate automatically and it can be tricky to solve the issue.

Improving E-mail communication, better organization for lead management, better overview of performance & productivity.

Make the best use of workflows & properties as they can help ease & automatize processes and give you a better insight into your market & data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, what I don't like at all, compared to other CRMs, is:
- On sequences, you cannot send more than five automated emails.
- Once the sequence ends, there is no way to enroll the same prospect on a different one (I do this because I cannot add more than five automated emails)
- You cannot export your most engaged prospects.

There is nothing left in my head. All the gathered information across the prospect and company lives in Hubspot, the follow-up tasks, call notes, log emails, notes keeps me out of the weeds and more focused on the sales strategy,

Keep in mind that you cannot send more than five automated emails per sequence, and you cannot export the most engaged contacts.
