Hubspot is really very amazing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of HubSpot it's really very user-friendly. This CRM taught me the main purpose of CRM. It's very much helpful for small businesses and startups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows should allow custom fields for the user, this is the only thing that I dislike the most about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending the customer emails whenever any new blog is published on my website. It is very great for lead generation. I can pitch any customer for sales using hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is the best CRM I have ever used for sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to modify your dashboard --including the titles of pages (specifically in the Deals section) for the added personal touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would change is the edit button on the Deals page. I feel like it's confusing because there are two places to make edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't tracking our sales as closely as we should have. Now we are able to keep track of all leads and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best part about HubSpot is the simple and easy to use dashboard and sales tools.
Hubspot Sales Hub is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
In general, the Hubspot sales software is more user-friendly than software that I used in the past, such as Salesforce and Zoho. The sales software has improved our efficiency and business overall. We can close customers faster now than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that Hubspot didn't have invoicing and integrated payments, but that is now available. They are releasing new updates and improved functionality for these tools monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving efficiency, response times, more thorough responses using the snippets and templates feature. Our close rates are quicker too. All of these have led to increased revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to be able to see all of the numbers laid out, recent deals, new customers, deal amounts, all while being tracked in bigger graphs we can add to our dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing I dislike about the Hubspot Sales Hub area. As a marketer, it is helpful to have this tool at my finger tips, to be able to easily link deals and contacts, and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One large project we are currently working on is making sure we link all of our deals and contacts together to be sure we are getting the most accurate reading of our progress.

I recommend this tool as all of your most important pieces of data are easily and readily available to you all in one place.
Great service at low cost
What do you like best about the product?
It's customizable. You can curate what information you see on a customer's profile, add custom fields, and delete fields that don't apply. You can also link customers and companies, which is useful when you want to do searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes company profiles are automatically created when you add company information to an individual's profile, but not always. I haven't figured out if I'm doing something wrong, or if it's a system glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep track of client contacts. It's great to set reminders outside of our usual calendar for contacting potential members, event sponsors, and more.
An incredibly amazing CRM solution that is really worth the money
What do you like best about the product?
I love this tool and the significant input to our sales and marketing team; it provides everything we need to do efficient customer database management, get more out of lead communication, automate sales and workflows. It is also excellent for sales tracking and generates good reports that are crucial in our decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like so much was the constant change in pricing and features; sometimes, it clashed with our previous budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us grow as an organization, do better lead management, and has helped us simplify and make the sales process more transparent. I wish I had known about this tool before; it is perfect for our work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I always recommend this tool, it is one of the complete tools for automation that I have come across, and even though its price may not be the most affordable or stable, I can say that it is worth making this investment.

integrating with third parties with their existing out of the box solution is very complex and was a challenge for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the email marketing efforts and opting users out. We've been able to segment our users easily and track the outgoing communications easily

Intuitive UI/UX. Straight forward reporting and dashboard views.
What do you dislike about the product?
New custom report builder is clunky and tough to navigate.

Disorganized CRMS and marketing workflows. Game changer!

Have a consultant guide you on the setup. Our multiple brands have created conflict and confusion in Hub Over time.
Nice tool for Sales People

1. Easy to use and UI is awesome.
2. It helps to keep track of the clients, their conversations when to take follow-ups, and other relevant information.
3. One can also write a note related to every client so that other team members may know about it.

1. It's a bit expensive.

Hubspot Sales Hub provides a platform where one can keep track of their clients which ultimately leads to better sales opportunities. It maintains a unique thread for each and every client. It also helps in sales analytics which is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks that it assigns to you everyday are awesome. They remind you to call people that might have slipped through the cracks normally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the address was all one line instead of several different lines that can be moved.

Mainly not forgetting about any clients. The tasks option is amazing.
