Way too expensive if you add many contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated how clean the dashboard looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the pricing as you scale contacts is pretty crazy in comparison to other CRM's. Also, once we got signed up paying $400+ per month for two seats the sales rep disappeared and never bothered to tell me we didnt have phone support... We would have bought it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. I do not recommend.

HubSpot a great tool for small-to-medium startups and scale-ups

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides an easy, centralized location for sales contact and deal information. Allows for easy capture of call and meeting notes, and scheduling meetings (connect to your email account). Tasks is another great feature to prompt and remind follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has its limitations out of the box, and to truly work within an organization, needs some customization. As an organization grows, it likely will outgrow Hubspot, and need to look to more enterprise solutions like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized information around contacts and deals. Visibility into the pipeline (how long it takes to close deals). Visibility into activities around deals. Common process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great CRM and sales enablement tool for small to medium sized organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
The idea that the dashboards are easy on the eyes. They LOOK good and make for helpful tools to present to leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inflexibility of the product. You can't clone deals (yes, they have a tool you can buy but this is normal functionality in a CRM). There is no training or easy way to teach yourself the system. The support is almost non-existent.

Also, you can build separate pipelines but you can't customize what you see on deal cards. THAT's the whole point of different pipelines!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales is helpful in staying organized with customers and outreach. This is a tool extremely helpful for sales team, because it cuts down time spent on outreach and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a chunky tool to use; your team must be tech savvy for them to understand how to navigate hubspot sales from the backend. Once you get the hang of it, it's helpful (although sometimes tedious).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shortens time spent on staying organized with customer database. It's an all-in-one platform to find anything you need about a customer, any touchpoints you've had with them, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very organized and decluttered. I love the ability to check on the status of my sales pipeline and change views to stay on top of deal movement. I find the dashboard a great way to stay competitive and check my activities throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the inability to use an air call number through the Hubspot mobile app. Additionally, I wish there was a more precictive typing component as I've noticed addresesses not being registered if mispelled. Lastly, while I like the ability to pin notes, I wish they would pin to all associated contacts as well to create a more consistent view. The same can be said for "last contacted' search queries -- I wish that they were registered from the Deal side and not just Contact side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of duplicate deals in Hubspot and working to merge them together to create more uniformity. Additionally, when a deal is no longer relevant to a contact I will detach it and pin a note to the top stating that it needs a new contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hubspot to others, but they might need to look elsewhere to implement mobile app ability.

Not my favorite CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the process of moving leads through the process and into a deal status. I like that you can connect a document signer like Panda doc to the program. I like how marketing and sales are segmented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to continually ask the admin for permission to do different actions like exporting a list, the cold outreach email limitations are bad, and I have to use another tech stack in order to send out my cold email outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not. I really need a sales enablement program and I also have to purchase more to send out my email sequences. I don't like moving between so many different programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use Hubspot Sales hub - only took me an hour or two to get the swing of it

No dislikes about the software come to mind at this point

Lots of marketing and sales tracking is done through Hubspot Sales Hub

I love the way how you can create a queue and dial all your prospects from the browser and set up a follow-up easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new design updates are not user-friendly in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates directly into HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pixel used to track email opens is triggered by simply scrolling through your sent email folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seemless workflow between the CRM (HubSpot) and the SEP (Sales Hub).

What do you like best about the product?
The design is relatively easy to use and easy to program various processes in. Much easier to navigate than SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like it's really limited on features - with SFDC, just about anything is possible if you want to code. With Hubspot, it feels like there are definite limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it as a CRM - as a small start up, hiring someone to build out and maintain our SFDC platform was going to be expensive so we opted to go with an option that was more user friendly. It meets our needs - for now.
