What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has freed-ed up so much time when working in a CRM. I used to use an outdated, slow platform, but now I have so much more free time to do my actual job!
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as what I can see, there really isn't much room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email's faster, keeping track of my deals easier and having a great look at what is actually happening.

The mails can be added in sequence and effectively sent to the prospect

There's a limit of 500 mails to ne scheduled in a day only

Reaching out to many prospect l and keeping a tab on prospect's activity aswell

Able to under all contacts in one place, and see progress if you can figure out how to set up

So complicated about when and how to use features. You end up only using it as a basic contact phone book for your team. Then find out years later there is more to be leveraging after you have 1,000 contacts in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to call as potential leads we could be looking at how well each team member is or is not advancing with prospects and passing them off to others when required more often
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you get good solid training and setup before loading in contacts. Need to have set up correctly to get real value from the product

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a lot of flexibility and granularity when you're talking about building out a pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
My internet speed is 100% fine and it seems that hubspot is the only webpage that lags. It's a pain updating properties or logging information and I'm constantly in communication with support cause of ongoing inssues with extensions not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. Simple to see what others on the team are doing so you're not hitting up the same leads but it's really expensive and we're not too sure if it's worth th price.
I am using HubSpot since 2019, free version. It gives me all the features that I need for my scope.

Import-export, integrations, flexibility, the opportunity to have different pipelines.

There is nothing at the moment that I don't like in Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and understanble. It is very much user friendly no need for long training to learn and underdstand how to use and navgate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything and there is nothing to dislike.

Easier to track and make notes unlike other platforms. No confusions because you can tag the leads as you start working on it.

I strongly recommend this CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot holds all the interactions with the customer on one page. You can quickly view emails, calls, tasks from the customer page. All employees within our company are aligned as to the info and what stage the customer is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I took a while to get used to HubSpot. I wouldn't say it isn't easy to use, but you have to spend time getting to know the features within this platform. I imagine less techie people struggling here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is very user friendly, I use it in my personal business and at work.
It has email marketing features as well and tracks my emails.
I love using this to house all my contacts and have easy access to them and can collobrate with others.

When you lose a deal it makes sure to let you know. It stays in the column and can’t disappear. Can be motivating but also demotivating at times.

The cost of entry is perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables a growing company to get into a quality sales tool without breaking the bank. The free version has all the tools needed for a small sales team that is ramping up to grow into paid services without any upfront costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I found frustrating was the lack of partners that support HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an old, outdated database and not a large budget to get into a more modern CRM that provides the tools that a sales team needs. We were able to migrate our data to HubSpot easily. HubSpot was ready for my sales team to use! Later we added the paid subscription that gave us access to some great tools, dialing, email sequencing, and inbound lead generation to mention only a few.
