What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot resolved lots of burdens for the analysts. Most importantly, management can review and give feedback on employee performance. We can convert the tool as required for the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any complaints about the tool. It is a best CRM in the market

Hubspot resolved minute problems related to sales processes like data assigning, creating a task, Email Tracking

Best software for inbound sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated Sequences. Amazing task management and email tracking. Docs, email snippets and email templates so easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor features are missing like ccing sequences, a few objects like forms which don't have standalone analytics in report builder, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our sales ops on hubspot so everything from booking meetings to sending follow up emails to tracking the deal and closing the sale is done in hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty easy to setup and continously optimize for everchanging start up organizations. It provides all of the essential functionality you would need to handle the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management/customer success use-cases aren't ideal compared to alternative options like Salesforce but for Start Ups you can deal with the limitations or find other tools as work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Management throughout the entire sales process from discovery to closing. The funnel management and email sequences have been essential.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it easy for me to search for the lead that I'm looking for, and that it give me option to leave notes so I can easily remember what have I done on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any bad experience with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for the next activity date of the customer, when I added the column, it would be easy for me to locate those who already scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user-friendly interface and almost all the valuable features a sales rep would need. The workflow and sequence creating features are great and very much helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few features are not visible to the Marketing Hub users, such as sequences created by the SalesHub user. Also, the Marketing Hub user doesn't have access to the meeting links of SalesHub users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with a few required third-party applications very quickly and, of course, sales activities. It has been helping out in streamlining the complete sales process and procedure. The workflow and sequence creating features are great and very much helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great sales CRM solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to deal with my arrangements every month, except the incredibly, best part is the sequencing highlight. I love the way incredible their client care is.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least useful with Hubspot is the arranging instrument for a client list. What disturbs me the most is that occasionally the detailing is somewhat messed with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made a long, long plan for the day that traverses a wide range of customers for some different reasons. I think the principle factor here is association.
