What do you like best about the product?
Each of them separate. Contacts, Deals, Tickets all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can change the colour. I don't like orange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing. I can see workflow activities easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub has some awesome features, but one that stands out for me is the Deals dashboard, this makes tracking deals and moving from pipeline stage to the next so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sales hub can get a bit confusing but this is just because it is so feature-rich, and something else that adds to the confusion is that Hubspot change their platform layout every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub is massively helping us and our clients keep track of all deals that come in, our sales team can easily see their accounts and all details necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to maintain customer data in a wide range. It helps to keep track. It shows whether the tasks were done or overdue. It helps in follow up with the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification to the mail is slow. It delays sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to maintain records. It gives time to time notifications to follow up with the customers. As we send mail to customers through HubSpot, we can know whether the customer opened the mail or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot vividly for my work and it's filters make the task extremely easy to check exactly what I need. Also, the contact creation process is super smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the website lags while using which breaks the flow a bit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to change the properties of contacts as per their current status of employment and accordingly use the dropdowns which is made easy by Sales Hub

What do you like best about the product?
Very dynamic and easy to use. It gives us the flexibility to track deals, accounts, contacts everything and hence increasing efficiency and productivity. The dashboard is something I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
it isn't very easy when we want to merge 2 accounts, and sometimes it creates two companies are created in the CRM with the same name,which creates confusion, and the system shouldn't allow that under any circumstances
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales tracking, increased efficiency, and better marketing is what we gained from Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful that Hubspot keeps track of all my leads and emails. I appreciate knowing if my emails are being looked at or opened. Hubspot has many features that are simple and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I dislike. I have not found any tech issues with Hubspot. I have no suggestions on how Hubspot can improve with what I have used so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales is helping us get good leads and staying connected. Financially we gain new customers within our network. My business performance has increased and been successful.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy to learn for new employees, nice UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more options for filters, easier options for workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with other staff when we have talked to a client or taken a payment. Nice to have the clients details all in the one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and intuitive. Even a kid would know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that you can't set up a meeting and send an email with my own text and a link to Google Meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem with getting the sale process organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best platform I have ever seen.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it integrates with email and calls. With just one click, you can send an email and call a lead. Plus the dashboard is super useful. I really like how it shows us our daily reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything to dislike. I like everything as it is very user-friendly. I like how it lets us add and delete unecessary details and it also allowss us to leave a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lead details. I can easily add contact information and tasks, especially regarding my pipeline. I am also able to export directly from Zoom info that way it's easier to add the contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a CRM that will not give you headaches, use Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The drop-down menus and the email templates really shorten the time spent on each file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the status areas are redundant. They could get by with less.
