Super Functional & Extremely Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can build reports in any way we want! There's always something new I discover and it new ideas to make processing much easier and quicker. So many great functions, it's highly recommended to look at videos in order to use the CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different ways a report can be built. I think my only complaint is that if you are not computer savvy it will be hard to use this system to your advantage. I wouldn't change anything so far nor would I add anything because I am still learning about the system and I don't know what they don't offer yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to pull reports in the way I want. I realized that we can view this information in a more productive way. This saves time and headaches when wanting to see certain revenue numbers
Great Customer Service Management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The integration options on Hubspot make working across multiple platforms a breeze! From social media, Amazon, phones, chats, and emails, it's all there at the click of a mouse!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some drawbacks but I think it's just glitches. Whenever we create tickets from live chats, for example, we always have to change the email because it doesn't default to our main inbox address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day we solve issues for customers and are able to make sure they are taken care of with multiple ticket tags. I especially love getting to merge contacts from multiple leads. I.e. Getting an email and a phone call from the same customer and being able to merge all of their activity into one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great! Definitely recommend for it's features, easy User Interface and capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating tasks and navigating from tab to tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how deals & contact are two separate profiles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing leads is excellent; it keeps things from being left behind. You can keep better records of your interactions with clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take the time to learn it before you dive in, it will save you alot of time
It's a user-friendly tools for someone like me who's not tech-savy.

Very convenient. On our first day of training, it only took 1 day to master HS.

Sometimes, it's loading. Maybe, it has someting to do with my internet service as well.

I worked as Retention Specialist so I tend to check my dashboard score from time to time.

No, there isn't anything I dislike at all.

It's easy to use and has the best CRM available on the market. I have used several!
Easy to Use, yet packed with Data
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can organize everything in HS. From leads to sales to reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequence emails being limited to file attachment size. Email tracking can also be challenging, esp if you deal with a single contact with multiple sales opportunities. Emails tend to show on everything. Also, in order to get the full features of HS, it's a bit expensive. I don't think there's a paid package that will be applicable for the whole company and not on a per user level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When to expect a sales to close. Knowing what transpired in the communication between clients. Reports!. These gives us a sense of security that we are always on top of our game.

You just have to keep using it to see or experience how it's a great tool for the success of your business

Forwarding generic emails from outlook to new email addresses - this does not go under the client on Hubspot

We are able to check everyday all our deals and the progress of our talkings with the customers
Amazing for small growing sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy report building, easy and simple workflows, simple onboarding of new employees, and easy bulk updating processes

Integrations with external tools are not great. Specifically, with outreach there is a lot to work on.

Just thee general day-to-day sales management process. With the simple and quick reporting, its easy to asses and correct problems
Maximum Productivity CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot because it is intuitive, fast and integrates well with almost all the major apps that we use out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The room for improvement may be in terms of pricing because each feature that a typical user would utilize would eventually lead to upgrades in pricing plans.

Sales development has been my specialization ever since and I find Hubspot to be a great tool to help me boost my career.

Check all of Hubspot's features and check how fast and easy to use it is. Evaluate your needs and number of users so you can maximize its potential.
