Workflow builder and call recordings with transcripts

Some of the integrations are not good and lack of text messaging

What do you like best about the product?
aesthetically pleasing, easy to use and great at helping keep up with daily tasks

i wish i could build and save custom reposts, cant search for phone #'s because of certain formatting.

Great for business organization

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks feature is excellent in hubspot. It allows me to set myself up for success without organizing another way. As long as I'm dilligent in setting up taks for myself, I log on every day and hubspot provides everything needed to be done that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much criticism that I have for hubspot. Only area of confusion is the difference between a contact and a deal. For example, I will save some information for a contact within the contact and some information within the deal. It would be nice if all of it were aggregated into one spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of keeping all of my prospective leads organized. As someone who doesn't consider themselves a very organized individual, hubspot has made it easy to manage my leads/contacts and does a great job of tracking every communcation you've ever had with somebody.

Hubspot is Extremely Useful

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to customize and intuitive to use. I worked with another CRM in my previous role and it was such a pain to use that we created an entire shadow CRM in our email system (which didn't link to the CRM). I appreciate the excellent training videos, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest challenge at our company has been how customizable it is. It's not that I dislike it, but it has been a challenge to figure out how best to customize it for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows different departments to keep track of deals and contacts easily. We are also able to easily maintain different marketing lists and to track what happens to our marketing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of tracking all information relating to a contact and logging information attached to their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot asign a contact to multiple businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating sequences to reach out multiple times to prospects and tracking my communication with them. It makes the process so easy to record interactions.

The convenience of the website. It is very easy to navigate.

Sometimes it isn't easy to filter through the data.

Once you learn how to manage all the data, it is helpful when creating spreadsheets and doing data analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy for me to track my prospect and keep tasks. Also, it had a bunch of great plug ins which saves me a lot of time such as email templates and panda doc for the contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Hubspot. Honestly, the service is excellent and so is the product. I really can't think about anything i do not like about this crm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that hubspot solves for me is really time management. It helps me save a lot of time and makes it easy to be organized with the task feature connected to my google calandar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot makes it easy to keep track of our New Patient leads and the follow up process is made easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes think the information it displays about how many calls and emails in terms of overall tasks completed isn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect and follow up efficiently with leads who essentially become patients and support the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of contacts. Tickets and deals. Options to import old contacts. Ways to have as many users is possible. Always available to check. Easily usseful. That's all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes take a little while to update the taskes after I finishe one. But I believe is because there are so many people using at the same time. I got used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing students contact. Sell new tickets. Record when was last time we contacted them. Many others. Organization is key to sell fast and sell good as wel.
