HubSpot is an effective CRM with access to a growing list of capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and understand - allows for multiple uses through Sales and CS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations to sales functions including updating sequences and A/B testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization does not have specific territories so it's great to see who has previously worked an account and what messaging was sent/delivered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The basics are pretty intuitive and the built in trainings are great, but there is a lot of limitation on customization and A/B testing.
An amazing sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a Salesman I find this to be very useful, you can schedule everything in here, campaigns, calls, follow-ups, it is a very complete tool all in all and I strongly recommend to anyone using it
What do you dislike about the product?
What annoys me the most is that sometimes the reporting is kind of bugged. It doesn't extract data as it should and the dashboard is somehow disorganized at some times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main factor here is organization. You can use just Hubspot and you find all your calls, tasks, emails, follow-ups both past and present and that helps you keep your schedule very clean

Honestly the best CRM ever.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping records connected and in one place. When making contacts, to creating the tickets, it is seamless when tracking communication with your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything that would I dislike about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity is increased allowing you to take care of your customers in a timely manner.
Booking Links - Your number 1 Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Can create multiple booking links. I sell multiple products. It's helpful to know what product I am demoing when my calendar gets booked with the appropriate link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The round-robin function does not work well for a team. If you have your calendar blocked off on certain times due to your time zone, I live on the west coast, and a colleague lives on the east coast, the available time slot a prospect is looking for will show. It only considers the time zone and availability, not the total number of leads a seller has for the month. Leads can become very imbalancedd.

Solving the back and forth and time taken to get a meeting scheduled.

I wish I could exclude contacts from lists

Sometimes a contact makes it onto a list despite not having all the qualifications to be included. I am more organized
Best experience with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an excellent tool. Life is easy for the sales & marketing department with such a fantastic marketing automation tool. One can create their own link to schedule meetings as per the availability. We can keep a track on the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much that I dislike about Hubspot. Initially, the pricing is affordable for the first year, and for the renewal, it charges way too much. So start-up's cannot think of such tool in renewals

Hubspot works as a perfect CRM for us. We can keep track of the leads and add comments to them. It helps to keep a reminder for follow-up and assigned the leads internally.

The Hubspot Sales Hub let's me get clear visibility of what's going on in my pipeline, from high-level perspective to the most granular details

It's takes a bit of time to show new team members how to use the platform

Tracking deals from the source to closed won/lost. All the info that Hubspot let's me capture, had provided analytics as to the current trends in sales successes

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track the sales team performance from analytical tools to reports and dashboard allow me to know where is my department is standing and how I can make the flow be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the UX\UI can be better, and a meeting scheduling system can improve

Make the work more effective and efficient, create workflows and help my agent increase their pipeline and performance

Use all the tools that sales-hub is offering, each and every tool will help you understand deeply what are in insights in your department.
Hubspot - Not just a CRM or form application, this is a great sales hub as well!

We are already using. hubspot for websites, CRM, and other uses, why not use it as a one stop shop for a Sales team hub as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Hubspot does so much there really isn't anything special about one particular area. This is fine for my uses, but for someone looking to do special things, the limited functionality across the board could be a deal-breaker..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales oppty, put it in the Sales Hub. Question about a prospect, check the Sales Hub. Looking for a history of communication, check the sales hub.

Reach out to their support team with questions, they do a great job of walking through issues and training as well.
Best platform for sales
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub is good to manage all the contacts, accounts, and activities, I like the email sequence future the most, using this feature I can set up my email marketing campaign and able to send a maximum of five emails thread to a contact which is a very good feature, hence I like this feature the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not change the subject line in the email sequence future, the subject line that I choose for the first email is also used by HubSpot to send all the five emails thread, hence this is the one feature that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using HubSpot to manage all my contacts, accounts, activities, using sequence future to send emails, and also using this to see the opportunity, hence these are the problems that I am solving using the HubSpot sales hub.
